I contacted them and left a message on the office phone and within 10 minutes, I received a call back from the manager Dallas and he made things more than right. I have worked in customer service before and did everything correctly. He responded quickly, he listened and was not making excuses and he proposed a solution to my problem and ask if that would be acceptable! I will go back again and will support locally owned businesses like this that put customer satisfaction ahead of everything else!

We've tried the Bandeja Paisa, Chuleta de Cerdo, Pan Debono (Columbia bread), Flan and Gauva and cheese pastry. The entrees portions are huge! The Bandja Paisa which includes thin steak, Colombian sausage, Chicharron, rice, fried egg, red beans, avacoado, and plantains are flavorful and savory! It was enough to share with another person for dinner or lunch! The Chuleta de Cerdo or I called Cuban Style Pork chop are delicious. We enjoyed Pan Debono and Gauva pastry with afternoon coffee break. The Flan was outstanding dessert after dinner! The staff are friendly and attentive during our two visits! They answered questions and made recommendations about what to try! We opted for To-Go orders instead of eat in! We have not try their breakfast yet! Between the filthy conditions, horrible food, poor service, and outrageous mandatory service charge, this place was a complete waste of time and money. They didn't even have a sign or menu that mentioned adding automatic gratuity. We were going to tip regardless but this is absurd with all the hidden fees. We bought coconut, mangos, custard apple and they were all old or rotten when we went home to eat it. The only thing good was the mango. The custard apple was overpriced and $60 for 5!!! The guy working there told me that it was 10lbs. How is 5 fruits 10lbs?! We drove 2.5 hours from Tampa to come here and it was a waste of time.
