Had to go here to return a watch and it was so easy. I'm surprised they accepted it cuz I didn't have the receipt and no box. So i was happy about that cuz it was a gift and he threw everything out. I was able to get credit so that was great so i was able to replace with a different watch. This location was super nice and more empty and very calm. They also had way more options for watches so i was happy about that since the other location had only one watch so i was forced to get just that one. read more

This Walmart has a huge parking lot and it is always clean, well lit and well stocked. Both the staff and customers are all very polite and respectful. I visited the auto center here to have my oil changed and car checked out. Everything was easy as 1-2-3! Called ahead and made the appointment, arrived on time and luckily for me it wasn't too hot. I spend the time perusing the isles inside with the AC and received texts when my visit was over. I recieved a print out of what needed to be noted and then paid. 4/5 read more

My husband likes the caffeine-free Coca Cola. But for several years, he was not able to find it anywhere. He even wrote them and specifically requested them to re-make the product, without success. About 6 months ago, he found it again at Walmart! Was so happy when he saw it. So now we go to Walmart when he needs to restock his caffeine-free coke. (BTW, we just saw it at Vons Pavilions just now, after I wrote this last night :) But we generally like this store anyway. It is always well-stocked and surprisingly, carries many items that we can't find at other stores. This Walmart store is actually huge. Does not have the fresh produce department like some other stores though. Employees are usually nice and helpful. read more

Stopped by Walmart yesterday in Laguna Niguel. The store was packed with a huge inventory of everything you could imagine but a very limited grocery section. We did not stay long as they did not have the ratio keto yogurt that I buy so we drove home and ordered through Instagram. The Walmart in RSM stocks the product and I bought the last 8 with a few other items which were delivered by the instacart professional. The beggars in the parking lot at this Walmart and multiple overnight RV and trucker camping or stays is a bit weird. read more

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. There was only one employee handling a very long line while customers were left waiting. Instead of calling for assistance, management apparently chose not to, making it seem like they were trying to save on labor costs at the expense of their customers. To make matters worse, when asked why no one else was helping, we were told the other employees were "at lunch" at 7:33 PM during a busy time. That's simply not an acceptable excuse. If you know you're busy, you should have enough staff available to serve customers efficiently. Very disappointing experience. Long wait times, poor management, and no regard for customers' time. Deliveries can be iffy. Package gone to wrong house. Package sent to mailbox when asked to have it delivered to front door. Can deliver substitutes when you asked not to substitute. Cans leaked inside the box, 4 out of 12 ruined (30%). If you need to return, you have to take item to the store, wait in a (maybe) long line, and you might not even get your refund as promised. read more

The tech area needs to be investigated for Needoh malpractice. They somehow never have any Needohs and whenever I ask if they have them they ALWAYS get really weird and act super dodgy like they're guilty. I'll ask if they have any in stock and then they quickly "no" and then turn away or walk away fast like they're avoiding something. Not sure if they're selling to other employees or saving for friends or even resellers. These should kept up at the customer service like other Walmarts. read more

I had a bad experience at this store today. I was treated very badly by a cashier in the garden department. I came home and tried to email the store manager, well, you can't do that anymore. All you can do is leave feedback with their main office, which I know is pointless, but I did it anyway. I doubt if anyone will even look at it. As with all Walmarts, this location is just hit or miss. Sometimes you'll come here and they'll have what you want & it'll be a great deal. Other times, you'll go round and round hoping you just missed it, only to find out you struck out. My biggest complaint with this location, however, is that other customers just don't seem to care or have any care for others. You're always finding things randomly dumped on shelves, often in a completely different area of the store from where it should be. I really wish customers would at least find a go back cart or something versus just lazily dumping it wherever they are when they change their mind. It's a losing battle for the employees and I don't really fault them for not being able to keep up. I will also warn that if you need something that is locked behind a cabinet, be prepared to wait. There have been a few times that an employee has shown right up to help me out, but often I find myself having to stand around for what seems like way too long before someone shows up. It's almost to the point where if I see it locked away, I'll just go buy it elsewhere. I prefer to get in and out when I go shopping and while I understand why stores need to do it, it just deters me from buying there. With all that said, Walmart is never a get in and get out store. From its sheer size, your need to walk around & around to find what you need, and a slow checkout process, it's not a quick stop. You will need to dedicate some time to shopping here which is why I often put it low on my list of places to go shopping for every day items. read more

Sorrayya and the manager that day made sure I got my personalized greeting cards on the day I came back. It was delivered to them about 2 days after I uploaded my pics and because the equipment was unavailable that day the cards were shipped to them and I had to come back and picked up the greeting cards. I've never been harassed like this in a store before. At 10:05 PM tonight (December 2nd), after a 12-hour shift, I went to Walmart for a few groceries. I paid $78 at self-checkout. As I tried to leave, the door employee accused me of not scanning nine items. Another associate rescanned my ENTIRE basket -- it totaled $81, just a $3 difference -- yet she still insisted I "missed NINE items." That makes zero sense. A manager and another employee wanted to rescan my whole cart again. After reviewing my items, I decided I didn't want 5 of them. They took those items -- but never refunded me. When I asked about my refund, the door employee demanded I double pay. Exhausted, holding my dehydrated toy poodle puppy, I tried to leave. She then physically blocked my path, kept demanding double payment, and even flipped her name tag over to hide her identity. Another associate laughed at me and said I'd "have to wait a while longer." By then I had already been standing there for 15 minutes being harassed. I was treated like a criminal despite fully paying, staying calm, and showing my receipt. I left without the 5 items and without my refund. I've contacted corporate and requested camera review. This store's behavior was hostile, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. It genuinely felt like something out of American Horror Story. The way I was treated was disturbing, unlawful, and a violation of my rights. Avoid this location at all costs. After tonight, I'll be carrying pepper spray -- and if I hadn't been so stunned, I would have called the police. No customer should ever be treated this way. read more

If there was zero I would have given it to this Walmart. This has to the most unorganized retail point I have ever seen. I went to pick up a filter in the automotive dept, it looked like they were going out of business. Shelves were empty, just a picked over mess. I took my filter to the rep at the auto service counter, I asked him to scan it... it was $35. I took it to the nearby register and it rang up at $35 + tax. I tried 2 times to pay but the electronic pay point shutdown. The rep there asked me to go to the front of the store. The line for self checkout was going out into the clothing. I waited 10 minutes in a cashier line, rang up again at $35 (been there for an hour by now). Then the cashier had me wait while he found another woman to check the computer. She then started typing in the item number and tells me it's $47 and acted like I was trying to pull something over on them in front of a line full of people. I told her it was rung up 3 times at $35 and they had already scanned my debit card 3 times. I stated I didn't want it and she just brushed me off. I asked about my card being ran 3 times and she said "There's no receipt so it didn't charge you", which sounded like BS... I was right, the charge showed up on my card. This Walmart is ghetto fantastic and the staff are like a bunch of carnival rejects. Hour of my life wasted... I later bought it online for $29.99! Idiots. read more

This place is the worst! If you need help in the electronics department, good luck! I'm not joking, I waited over 30 minutes just to get an SD card reader. It took 5 employees before I finally got help. There was a girl back there and she refused to help me because she was too busy playing on her phone. She claimed she couldn't help me. I know the difference between can't, and won't. She wouldn't even call for help. After a while, there were a ton of customers standing around and they also were trying their hardest to get help. They couldn't believe me when I said I've been there for over 30 minutes. They were just as upset as I was. And I also might add on another recent experience, Bryce does not belong back there. He doesn't know a single thing about any of the products. I asked him to show me the iPhone cases for a 15 pro Max at the bottom shelf and he started handing me screen protectors. Then I asked again and said "Can I please get the clear iPhone case at the bottom?" Then he starts handing me iPhone 17 cases. He wouldn't let me grab it, so it took forever. Hassim (I think that's his name) is great. He really knows the department, and it's easy to get help from him. But if he's not there, it's a complete disaster. Customers are going to start breaking the red plastic locks, if they can't get help. And why are cheap items locked up anyway? Laguna Niguel is not the ghetto by any means. read more

If it was a 0-5 stars, I will put in a zero. Very disappointing experience at the register. I picked 3 identical items that were clearly stacked together on the shelf with a posted price of $5.97. At the register, cashier Jojo rang them up at $9.97 and argued with me even after I showed a photo of the shelf price from my cell phone. She insisted only one item could be discounted, which made no sense since all items were under the same price label. I had to request a manager. It took about 15 minutes for the Manager Michelle to arrive, then another 10 minutes to "investigate," even with photo proof from cell phone. In the end, the manager confirmed the shelf price and honored the $5.97 price--but the whole process took 25 minutes. Pricing mistakes happen, but arguing with customers instead of resolving the issue is poor customer service. Employees need better training on handling pricing errors and customer concerns. read more

The prices - well OUCH - our dollar isn't so good right now. But regardless the price point here is so much lower than the other grocery stores in town or even Le Target (my one true love). I don't expect much from Walmart, but no internet, not even a text can go through, locking up beauty products and other various items but not having enough staff to unlock them without a 20 minute wait, aisles barely wide enough for one cart so traffic jams are a promise no matter the time of day, and of course prices are going up. AND, they put back on shelf The box was taped The Cashier charged me for 4 bikini bottoms and 2 tops (same size and style on both) she kept scanning and saying it wasn't ringing up, but I could see it. I told her to void all, she only voided one bottom. She assured me that it was voided. I was in a hurry and couldn't ck receipt until I was almost home. I had to go back anyway to return that FILTHY vacuum anyways. They had to watch the surveillance video to make sure that I wasn't scamming for 4 of the same bottoms and 2 tops it took 45 minutes. This review is exclusive to the "Walmart Auto-Service Section" which is primarily oil changes and tire service. On 11/26/25, I drove to this location for an oil change. The attendant said they were too busy and asked I return Monday on 12/01/25 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. When I returned the following Monday, I immediately get attitude from the attendant for driving beyond his little road cone at the entrance that he treats like a U.S. Customs Border Crossing. The reason why I and others drive beyond it is because if you don't, vehicles coming from the other direction turn left in front of you, cutting in line, and the employees allow this with impunity. I'm asked if I had an appointment, which the previous attendant never mentioned making. I was then told they were too busy to accept non-appointments. I later went to Jiffy Lube without an appointment and was In-n-Out in 30 minutes, and I didn't have to cross Checkpoint-Charlie to do it. read more
