I was in this store buying a shower curtain, and it really looks and feels like any Bed, Bath & Beyond I've shopped. So if you've been in any BBB, you've been in this one. However, if you've *never* been in a BBB store, let me break this down for you: They. Have. Everything. There's a reason women register at Bed, Bath, and Beyond when they are getting married. They have everything for your home, and it's nearly always great quality! Stuff for the bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room, and the dorm room. They have stylish decor and top notch appliance brands. I saw luggage when I was in there, and Dyson vacuums. China. They have China! (Not the country; that fancy dinnerware that brides register for, but then never eat off because that special occasion just hasn't come around yet.) They also have a really good selection of seasonal items, gifts, and trial size products. Aside from furniture, I've seen pretty much everything in this store. I challenge you to find something else they don't sell.

The coupon is legit, not expired not a copy, not tampered with. Britney and Lynn ( managers) has a lot of questions; where did I get the coupon, etc. I told them I'm going to make a complaint with the BBB, call the corporate office and make a negative report on Yelp. Lynn said "go ahead". Britney finally took care of the problem and lo and behold, machine accepted the coupon. At first she said she can't override the machine to accept the coupon. First time to step on that store and that will be the last. I'm not coming back!

I've been working around here for about a year and a half and did not know such thing. Welcome to the Walmart of the tools stores. Here is an excellent place to find those tools that are cheap in price as well as craftmanship but that is not a bad thing. Why get those kind of tools here do you ask? Well if you worked in the construction business you will most likely understand that you need those "cheap" tools to lend to your co workers that like to not give things back, you've lost only $5 and not $15, get it? Got it? Good! There are lots of "gadget" tools that will keep you amazed and wondering why those were not invented earlier or why you have not seen them anywhere else. They have everything from those electronic fly swatters ($5 here, $12 at other places), your staple tools aka wrenches, sockets, screw drivers etc, varment traps, compressors, small electric hand tools, jewelry cleaners, wheels, welders and women.... yes, they shop here too. Customer service is pretty much helpful and friendly. If they notice the lines getting backed up a quick intercom call will squash the situation in minutes via stand in's hustling from the back to man the other two cash registers. Parking is plenty, it sits in the same parking lot as a pawn shop so if you can't find what you need over there, you should be able to find it here. Note, if you ever see the word "Pittsburgh" on someone's tools, you pretty much know where they bought it. If you are a married woman and want a place to drop off your man for a few hours while you do whatever you need to do.......well this is the place, he won't miss you while he's in here, just saying.

This was for my mothers birthday. I was told they called and left me a message. (Not sure where they called I got no such message) I called the store and spoke to the "manager" lupita, she was cold and unhelpful. Basically said tough luck....it's unfortunate that they feel the need to treat someone this way,and not deliver a birthday gift. Maybe they need a new manager that has some customer service skills and also has some compassion for others.
