I have been going here since it opened. I like the variety and occasional easy in and out. Generally, you have to beg for help. When you get it, it appears more as a favor from the staff. Knowledge is 50% normally. I belong to their loyalty program, so get the useless coupons that are never for anything you normally buy. Closeout deals on computers and tablets can be great, but you may have to locate at other stores yourself. My last visit was to buy SD cards. The clerk sent me to thumb drives when i asked for cards. I pick a couple 16gb cards that were the best deal based on the sale sticker on their rack and bring to checkout. Waited for someone to man the register for a while and finally a young lady came over. The sal price did not ring up so we askes why not. She said sale started tomorrow, this was 7:50 in the evening. We mentioned that was the posted price and ahould be honored. She explained they would not honor the price until tomorrow and gives me a look like "you dumbass" . I told her that was not appropriate to act and give me that look and a manager comes up and says she was right ( he had an attititude too) . He said he could do it but would get in trouble tomorrow for giving us the sale price. I said forget it, walked next door to Walmart and got the exact same SD card, not on sale for less everyday. Their business model does not place value on the customer or service. I avoid them unless that is the only place to go. I reccommend you do the same. read more
