At no point did the mail center "pinch pennies" on me, rather they genuinely attempted to best service me in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. In a time where modern industries are trending towards automation, it was very reassuring to enter a place with a high level of customer service (especially when I know nothing about what I really want/need). He stated that Fed Ex did not like those labels & that I would need to scratch off the tracking number otherwise Fed Ex would lose the package on purpose since they did not like the label I printed from their website.
