I have no issue with their technological expertise. They fixed my computer in the main. It was a power problem. My issue is that they required $65 to find the problem. They said this money would be applied to the fixing of the problem, if they found it. They replaced one item and purchased another (costing ~$39 on Amazon) part. I was told by one person I'd owe less than $50 more because the fix wasn't complex. My bill given to me was over $100. So I paid and left. read more

The shattered screen. Nothing more annoying. But hey, I had the insurance (what a joke). Walked in to Verizon, waited an eternity for my turn. The "low energy" staff told me my options. None were quick, or fiscally appealing. Called these guys. Tony quoted me a LOWER price than Verizon (with my worthless insurance) and said it would take about 5 minutes. Awesome. I think it took 4. Had the HDMI port stop working on my Xbox One X. Looked up local businesses that repair them and found RJG Computers with good reviews online. Checked their website and HDMI repair/replacement was the first thing listed under repairs they make on Xbox One X consoles. Dropped it off at the business, didn't hear anything back for over a week. Then we had a bad storm hit the area, didn't hear anything back over another week or more. Called to see what was going on, was told something of there's had broken and they'd call me when the new one came in and it was fixed. Days later I get called and told that they basically finished breaking it the rest of the way, and I could come pick up my $500 brick. I was trying to avoid spending $250 for Microsoft to repair it, and now I have to spend $500 to buy a new one. read more

Great service and helpful staff. My sons phone broke and we brought it to the horrible place in Central Mall. They kept it for 2 days for a broken screen. When they finally said it was ready we picked it up and shelled out $150. Only a week or so went by and his phone stopped working again. We took it to RJG and they informed us that the other people only did a hard reset....for $150 with no warranty. We were more than pleased with the service at RJG. We paid $125 and received their 90 day warranty. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Normally whenever something goes wrong with anything involving technology I fix it myself but my phone screen has been a persistent issue and I didn't have time to wait for another screen to come in. Describing what was wrong with the phone they knew off the bat what a few issues where from which I could only guess. After that we discussed price and how long it would take, all it took was a quick 15 minutes and I had a high quality screen onto my iPhone and I was good to go.
