I tried everything I knew to do, and rolling the update back was impossible because Windows forces the update to keep going, even when you try to disable it. Even the Windows technicians couldn't fix it (after 2 attempts!). These guys took less than 30 minutes to diagnose the problem remotely and get it fixed. Well worth the $79.
