Miss Beverly knew I had lost 99% of my books and cards and some of my miniatures had been stepped on because they floated around the house. And the Friday before she told me to stick around and offered me a discount on the books I felt like replacing....being soft hearted as I am I cried and she gave me a hug and told me she was going to help me. I came in Friday and looked on the new stuff shelf like I always do, and when I got to the counter, I started to ask her for 2 of the books I had set aside to buy. She said I got 2 problems, first the discount I told you last week, Terry said it wasn't good enough and doubled it. I'd been meaning to replace our cracked garbage disposal for a while so asked if they could do that at the same time and "yes, no problem." Showed up on time and quickly found the issue with the dishwasher (piece of glass stuck) so he didn't even charge for that. Showed me how to fix it myself it it ever happens again, swapped out the disposal for a new one, cleaned up and was on his way. Super honest, friendly, reliable, and very reasonably priced. Not sure what else you'd look for in a repair company but we'll be using these guys again!
