Located somewhere in Beaumont (I followed GPS), this is a full service men's clothing store. While they have casual selections, most of their items are more upscale. Everyone I encountered was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My salesperson, Wanda, was stellar. The coupon is legit, not expired not a copy, not tampered with. Britney and Lynn ( managers) has a lot of questions; where did I get the coupon, etc. I told them I'm going to make a complaint with the BBB, call the corporate office and make a negative report on Yelp. Lynn said "go ahead". Britney finally took care of the problem and lo and behold, machine accepted the coupon. At first she said she can't override the machine to accept the coupon. First time to step on that store and that will be the last. I'm not coming back!
