So these guys have gotten into the scalping business. They are selling computers parts that have an msrp of $389.99+ tax for almost double the price at $739.03+ tax. My PS4-PRO is what I'm on when the wife is busy or not home. But it's been acting funny. The power supply unit.. (PSU) was faulty. The power cable kept falling out, the power would die on me..Total gamers nightmare. I heard this computer/phone/tablet place fixes stuff like that. I walked in, talked to the owner, 'Coby'. and he KNEW exactly how to help. The only waiting I did for my console to be fixed and running like brand new after 4 years of use was waiting for a new PSU to come in so he could install it. He even went the extra mile and CLEANED my PS4 for me. Then per my request, he took a day to let it run... (to test and see if the power was going to cut off again) Sure enough, he had me sorted in just a few days. It's running more smoothly now that it did brand new out the box! This guy KNOWS his stuff. I COULD have sent it to SONY....but with COV19 and SONY having a 6month return? I wasn't gonna take that chance. So instead of 6 month wait, I took a 4 day wait and got exactly what I needed and more. He even replaced my cables for free. Plus! He guarantees his work, so if something else happens and I'm still under his personal warranty? He will help, no questions asked. I was in town for a job assignment last week when my laptop screen went out. I needed to find some kind of replacement and fast. Went to this store after finding them online. They set me up with a stand alone monitor that they had on site that had the same VGA connection as my old laptop did. Saved me a lot of time and grief. These guys are great! I dropped off my iPad to get the screen repaired. They told me it would take a couple of days. Okay, no big deal. So a week goes by. I never received any phone calls informing me of any delays. I decided to stop in and check on it. The first thing that bugged me was he could not find it. He walked from room to room looking for it. He called someone and was finally able to locate it. Of course it had not been repaired yet. So I inquired how much longer it would take to complete the job. I guess my questions irritated him and he became very rude. I was in really in no hurry for the iPad and would have been willing to leave it longer, but with his level of rudeness I asked for it back. He retrieved it from the back and slid it across the counter to me. I grabbed it and on my way out I heard him say "don't come back". I said " I won't". read more

I am beyond impressed with The Hard Drive & it's employees. I have an issue with my laptop, that was an error of the manufacturer, and every time the piece on the lap top acts up I bring it into The Hard Drive. The employees are always extremely courteous, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help their customers and find the best and most affordable solution to the problem.
