Texas businesses and commerce code title 12 section 604A.002 states: IMPOSITION OF SURCHARGE FOR USE OF DEBIT OR STORED VALUE CARD. (a) In a sale of goods or services, a merchant may not impose a surcharge on a buyer who uses a debit or stored value card instead of cash, a check, credit card, or a similar means of payment. There is no telling how much they are stealing from the customers. I know my surcharge wasn't much, but multiply it by hundreds of customers weekly and it's more by the amount you spend. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General on this matter. Nothing pisses me off more than a merchant scamming their customers to pay for a system they use to operate. Second they don't have this surcharge posted where I was able to see it. Had I seen it I would have questioned it immediately and taken my business elsewhere!

BIG MISTAKE! Got it back in terrible condition; lapel looked like it was it was scorched with an iron along with other places and the suit that was worn for the first time is now looking like it's been worn for over a decade! I left immediately after paying the overpriced fee for a suit that was ruined and left without the thought of saying anything; why would I? There's nothing that they could offer to compensate for a crappy service.

Then she had to call for more instructions on how to find them. When she finally found them she informed him that they had been there ready for five days already. THEN, I tried them on. The hemming job itself is bad enough, it's embarrassing, and they are no where CLOSE to the length I requested. Please save yourself a headache and robbery by taking your business else where. I was overcharged for my order, teaching me that, yes, some people are really godless and evil, targeting hapless victims with no provocation. Located just off highway 69 you'll find Estelle's in a none assuming stand alone building. Inside you'll find service that is customary in these parts: nice and friendly. I dropped off my laundry on Friday and was able to pick it up Wednesday. I am not sure if they offer same day pick-up, but from the machines in back, I bet they could accommodate that request. One of my shirts has a hard removable button on it. While they could have left it on and had it possibly rip a hole in my shirt, they kindly put it in a separate bag. This is just an example of the great service they offer. I would say it is hard for a dry cleaner to really impress you, unless they gave you a free shirt or something, so Estelle's gets 3 stars. Next time I have any more wrinkle issues, I think I will do a little more shopping around town.
