Their customer service is nonexistent and the management is the worst of the worst. This store sold me lumber with mold on it on more than one occasion. I have spent months trying to contact them to get help. The manager will absolutely not answer the phone and return phone calls. The general manager at the store is the most unhelpful, unpleasant, and unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. I found out directly from a Parker's employee that this Parker's location has been selling old lumber for a long time now, and the employees are aware of it. He stated that the lumber is not kept dry out back. Be very careful shopping at this location and make sure to inspect every board that you get. It's unfortunate that Ken Parker is not running this company anymore because it was not run like this when he was in charge.

Then they no showed on the 2nd to install it. And when the installer finally came on the 8th, he said it was missing so many parts it could not work. When I called customer service, they said I exceeded the 3 day return policy and they won't take it back. When I bought it they were supposed to deliver it on 12/22 and install it on 12/27. The store manager said if it didn't work on installation I'd have three days to return it. Not 3 days from the time they dropped it off. Their own installer could not make it work. SCAMMERS & LIARS. Lord help you if you are LITERALLY 2-3 days late on a payment the collections department will call several times a day from different numbers in different states trying to make you feel bad for not paying on time even if its just as simple as you forgot or your waiting for your next payday to make the payment. Finally got em paid off what will NEVER use their credit again. If i do go back i will pay cash or credit card not theirs.
