I Choose the ZD1211 Because it is a Diesel motor, and it is difficult to keep Gasoline on hand. My 2000 Gallon Diesel tanks are constantly monitored by Moffit fuel, and the telemetry (digital Monitoring system) is set to refill at 20% We have 3 inline filters One being a glass fuel water Seperator, and the other 2 being Wix 24006 filters. The tanks are cycled every 2 weeks The tanks feed all grounds equipment, and we have never had a fuel issue with any other machine, a total of 17 Peices. When I purchased one of the mowers it failed to feed out of the left saddle tank, from the first day that I picked up the machine. We purchased the machine in the summertime. We needed the machine, and my grounds manager said we could limp through. I took the machine to get repaired and was told that the tank had sludge and water in the tank. I happily paid, and returned the mower to my grounds crew. The problem persisted and I was told that the fuel had water in it. Strangely enough the fuel that was in it was from Wowco. I picked up the motor on 6-28-25 and the wowco fix was to remove the Kubota designed fuel system. I spoke with Wade Smith and asked why I was paying for the same repair twice. It seemed like a valid point to me. I paid my bill of~1650.00 which included other services. I feel that a company that doesn't take time to communicate with their customers is a perishing entity. I can no longer do business with a company that I cannot trust. I have been in business for myself for 25 years and have sold 2 different companies. Honesty, open dialogue, and the ability to know right from wrong. I have worked in the industrial world all of my life and have handled the separation of liquids, for the largest companies in the world. It seems like wowco policy is we are always right, even if we are wrong. I am contacting Kubota, to notify the modifications to ensure that my warranty is not voided.

WOWCO sent a wrecker to pick it up to take it to there shop. Expecting the worse as the cost and when I contacted them they had already started repairs so I asked if they could give me an estimate on what it would cost as I was told the ECU went out , expecting a large Bill and they could have taken advantage of me knowing I had to pay to get it fixed and they told me there was no charge because of a recall , They fixed the Tractor right away and even delivered it back to my home . We had our pool completed in 2023, and since then we've had ongoing issues that have only gotten…read moreworse over time. After spending over $91,000, this has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, there were problems with the workmanship. The coping was installed with chipped and cut edges facing the front where everything is visible. It looked unfinished and should have never been installed that way. They ended up replacing the coping, but not because of that it was replaced because the top of the pavers started peeling. When they redid it, they still installed pieces with the cut edges facing outward again. We later learned from another pool company that this is not how it should be done, the edges are supposed to be smooth and properly finished, not left rough and exposed. When they reinstalled the coping, they were cutting it right next to the pool, and all of the debris went directly into the pool. On top of that, the hot tub was installed too low and had to be raised. The biggest problem has been the spray deck. The very first time the coating started peeling, they attempted to patch it, but the color didn't match, so they recoated the entire deck. After that, it began peeling and lifting in multiple areas, and it continues to get worse. This is not a small cosmetic issue. The damage has continued to spread, and more areas are lifting over time. At first, we were blamed for the damage, which didn't make sense given how widespread it was. Later, the project manager acknowledged the issues and said they would be fixed, but that never happened. We didn't ask for anything unreasonable, we just wanted it fixed correctly. We also experienced issues with the pool and spa lights after about a year and a half. When looking into it, we discovered there were installation concerns that raised safety issues, including how the electrical components were set up. Between the decking continuing to fail, the repeated coping issues, the careless installation, and the electrical concerns, this has been extremely frustrating. I originally posted a review, but it is no longer visible, so I am reposting it to share our experience. After sharing my experience, I received legal correspondence regarding my review and had to seek advice on how to respond. I am simply sharing my honest experience as a customer. I strongly recommend doing your research before choosing this company. All we wanted was for them to stand behind their work and make it right.
