I have used Forever Yours Florist several times, and they've delivered several beautiful arrangements to my stepmom. For her funeral, I thought it would be wonderful to have an arrangement which reflected her love of domino games and talked to the florist about this. I was told they had created several domino arrangements on easels in the past, and I was lead to believe that they knew what they were doing. I was unable to attend the funeral but did receive a photo of the arrangement, and nauseated is how I felt when I saw the photo. I had spent $200 for something which looked like a toddler had put together; I have no floral arranging background, but I'm crafty and know I could have done better. In addition, I requested that a ribbon run across the front of the arrangement and for it to read "One in a Million," and instead it was put on the bottom and dragging on the ground. Please beware of any custom orders at this florist. read more

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday to pickup the next day. I went the next day and they could not find my order. After they found it I paid and left. I gave them to my wife the next day and noticed they were already wilting. A check of the vase found there was little to no water. My wife said she had a similar experience during homecoming and they were rude. Both of these incidents happened on Saturday. I'm not sure what's going on there but I used to get good service there. I've never written a negative review before but at my father's funeral a different florist never delivered the flowers. Since we were not going to be in attendance I wanted proof that they were delivered to my aunt's funeral. They assured us when we ordered these they would do so by taking a picture. They did not send us a picture and when we asked them why they didn't, they said the delivery man had already left the arrangement at the funeral home and he drove away. So I have no proof they were even delivered. I would give them zero stars if I had a choice. read more

I made an account just to vent on how disappointed I am with this florist. Their website is VERY misleading when it comes to the size of the bouquets. While the flowers are cute, they definitely were NOT worth $60. I expected this giant, glamorous bouquet after paying for the deluxe size. When i saw the cashier walk over to the fridge, I spotted my flowers. I thought to myself "Oh those are the same flowers as mine. That must be the regular size. Good thing i got the deluxe." But Alas, they were mine, and i was beyond disappointed. I wanted to ask for a refund on the spot, but I was already pressed for time. If you just need a simple bouquet of flowers, you should just go to Kroger's or HEB. You can get a better bouquet for a quarter of the price. My mother better love her flowers!! read more

Absolutely Fabulous Flower spray was made for the Combat Vets for a fallen member. The arrangement was yellow red and black with a hint of white. Everyone complimented on them. Couldn't have done any better. When calling back a second time she knew exactly who I was and what I needed. Odered flowers for my roommate's birthday. Specifically stating three times NO LILLIES. We're allergic. I did not realize the little pods wew lillies when they were delivered otherwise i would have refused them. No two days later lilly blooms. When i called to complain no where on my order did it state NO LILLIES. They offered to remake the arrangement and remove the lillies if i brought it to them. What is convevient about that??? Plus the hyndrangea are already wilting and the flowers came with lillte to no water and no instrctions to add water. For what i paid they should have given me a new and bigger replacement arrangement. But NO. BRING IT TO US AND WE WILL TAKE OUT THE LILLIES AND PUT THE FLOWERS BACK TOGETHER FOR YOU. Like i wanted to get into my car and drive xx miles . I'm sick and shouldn't be out in this weather. Next time, sick or not, i'll go to kroger's on 23rd and phelan. They have great flowers there and WONDERFUL customer service, something about which Forever Yours knows nothing. If i could give zero stars i would. read more

I came home to a floral arrangement left on my door step on Thursday afternoon for my birthday. I have no idea how many hours it sat in the sun and heat. It was wilted. I called Forever Yours Florist. They offer to replace the arrangement and said do not worry about returning the one with wilted flowers. Which I didn't expect and told them that I appreciated their offer. Good business practice right? On Saturday morning they delivered the new arrangement and then requested the first arrangement back. Good thing I didn't throw it away. The new one didn't look that healthy but I let it go. On Sunday it looked awful. It smelled and the flowers were terrible looking. By Monday morning I had to throw it away. You can see from the pictures I have posted. I called Forever Yours on Monday morning and left a message. Now it is Tuesday and no one from the flower shop has returned my call. Very Disappointing. read more
