They can visualize what I am unable to see and then just make it happen. Even down to the details about containers - they have tremendous resources. They even came in to supply inexpensive, minimal flowers for an assisted living in the area - tedious and not overly profitable, but happy to help. They would do a fabulous job for a wedding - if I had the chance to use them for that! Excellent florists.

They were delivered on time and were so beautiful that some of the guests thought they had to be fake until we pulled a few off at the cemetery to save. I asked to speak to a manager being I had a very big event to attend for my daughter it was a very special day for her. I went to grab what she wanted and rushed to her bithday dinner. Needless to say last month we were buying my birthday gift and we were told an ID would be fine (we normally facetime and it was fine) but not this time. I even had multiple other items that I had planned on buying as well. I got a very unprofessional email from the manager which I will not speak on. She said everything I needed to hear and expressed about the prior workers who did not follow protocol. My child did not receive what she wanted. Which is okay we went straight to Kendra Scott's website and also got an extra discount and we will be ordering from them directly. I like supporting small businesses, but again this is why unfortunately a lot of people are not and are ordering online. Good riddance, and thank you again for putting the classless email I have with everything you stated. WE WON'T BE BACK.
