I had the screw with me which turned out to be 8mm x 20mm fine thread. He picked up a two inch lag bolt and ask if it would work. thought I was being filmed on Candid Camera. I found a hex head bolt that would work and said I needed a washer. He picked out one obviously too small. I said it was too small and he told me to try it anyway. I put it to the opening and he said, Oh, it's too tight. Then I was sure I was getting punked. I got my item and got out of there. I'm not sure if he was just trying to be that ignorant or not. I paid a little over $100 to have my fiancée's ring cleaned and to get three stones replaced, and then dropped over $500 on a gold wedding band for myself. One of the replaced stones fell out of the ring, and after bringing it back to Samuels, I was told that, to replace only one stone, I would have to pay $85, and my previous business at the establishment was simply disregarded. It's upsetting that my fiancée and I were lead to buy these rings, being promised up and down that we would receive the best customer service possible. This doesn't seem like great customer service to me.

She answered all of our questions clearly and didn't try to upsell us, or divide and conquer like so many sales people try to do when making this kind of sale. Her tone was friendly, professional and patient even though we were in the store looking for about two hours. We ended up purchasing a 2 carat wedding band set that my fiancée is crazy about. My fiancée left much more educated about diamonds and white gold, and I left knowing exactly how the warranty works and what policies sets Samuels jewelers apart from the other jewelry chains. Located somewhere in Beaumont (I followed GPS), this is a full service men's clothing store. While they have casual selections, most of their items are more upscale. Everyone I encountered was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My salesperson, Wanda, was stellar. She listened to what we wanted and made sure to select things well within our budget and color range. I so appreciated how she did not pressure us, nor try to sell us what we didn't want. She was super professional and helpful. I have not come across such quality in a long time. I felt that she deserved a rave review as a representative of Men's Wearhouse. I have it 4 stars because we ended up not getting the suit because it was too big abs the alterations were going to be extensive and take too long for our timeline. Otherwise, we had an awesome experience.
