I wish I could give this store zero stars. I stopped in this store to buy some clothes and it was just awful! So disorganized and stuff just thrown everywhere. Shelves empty, clothing thrown everywhere, and don't get me started about the staff. Seen several ignoring customers and playing on their phones. Get it together Target! read more

Good product inventory, good hours, clean for the most part. Service is friendly, the Starbucks location doesn't ever seem to have much help or more than one worker who at times can seem overwhelmed. Decent location, better than the Beaumont Target! read more

Horrible employee experience. Was lifting some shelves checking underneath for items, asset protection and a higher up comes to stop us and tell us we are messing up his zones and that we can't do it. He told us he was watching us on cameras the entire time, kinda creepy. We were putting everything back after we moved it, we weren't bothering anyone, and we were giving them business. Asset protection for what, a couple of kids giving them business and buying items? They were protecting nothing. This bum could've been more respectful and actually done something for the company. He was a bigger man wearing glasses, watch out if he's following you around or shows up out of nowhere cause that bum will. I should've took him to the thousands worth of sports cards i also found in the back hiding from them so they can't make money. But that's for a different time, this guy just needs to back off and do his actual job, stopping people from stealing. read more

Went to Target this morning to last minute Christmas shop. I arrived between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. I made my selections then attempted to purchase my items. There were no staffed registers. I prefer not to self check so I inquired about an available cashier. I was told by an associate that it was not his area and he turned to walk away. I asked if he could get an answer. He motioned toward an associate standing near self checkout. She looked in my direction, turned and walked off. So I left the basket and went to Walmart, which I initially dreaded. But they had several staffed registers. I should have remembered that I placed an online order last Christmas season for pickup at this Port Arthur store . When I went to retrieve it, there was no designated line for online orders. There was only one person working the customer service counter. I cancelled the online order and placed an Amazon order for the same items for less and they delivered to my door. I've learned and will retain my lesson. Target has seriously failed its demographic by placing a store in a mall. Especially a mall that closes three hours before it does. A minute late? You have to walk around a parking lot praying that you don't get raped. As someone who has been raped, I feel like I have the right to say this. Like seriously... I'm terrified now walking to my car at 7 o'clock at night. You hear of those women that get slashed in shopping center parking lots and I fear that that may be my fate before I reach my car. Hence, I am leaving this review perhaps as my final work of yelp. On another note, I decided to get pizza at their Pizza Hut express as I'm coming off of a 6 hour drive and the only pizza they had left was a sad little pepperoni. When asking if and why not I could acquire a cheese as they were open for a few more hours, I was told that they would be closing in a few more hours. Evidently there is a rule against making one cheese pizza several hours before you close. Thinking their breadsticks are relatively popular I inquired about them and again was turned down due to their absence. Alas I have made it to my car and I am in one piece and have not been violated except for my entitlement a little bit due to this experience as a loyal customer to the chain. Shame on Target for not making its signage more clear and choosing a horrible locale. My pepperoni-picked off pizza is as flaky dry as a dead croissant. Fin. read more

A target is a target right. This is a standard store other than the fact that it is connected to a mall so if you wanna cruise through the Port Arthur mall for some really odd reason, it's right there. I am a bit of a bargain shopper so keep an eye on the end caps for 30% items. Sometimes I just cruise the store looking for deals, is that weird? read more

Literally the worst Target I've ever been to. It's messy, checkout is a zoo, and they're ALWAYS out of things. Today was really the last straw. I was trying to buy some gorilla glue and when I was checking out it said an ID was required. Well I only had a picture of mine since it was just stolen and the manager insisted on needing a physical ID. Mind you that I'm almost 30...and I was trying to buy some wood glue. I explained that I had a picture and I drove over 20 min and the manager still wouldn't budge. So then I asked him what super glue/gorilla glue I could buy without my ID. His response was classic, "I don't know...I really don't know why we require an ID for that." I promptly left and went across the street to WalMart and had zero issues purchasing the exact same item. I never thought WalMart would be a more pleasant shopping experience than Target, but I can promise I'll never be back to that Target again. read more

My LORD. Hell called and wants this store back in the underworld. Worst customer service. The lady ringing me up almost broke my bird feeder and waved the panties I was buying around for all the world to see. The entire store looks like a remake of hurricane Harvey. I fucking love Target. This is definitely not the best Target in the world, but it's usually clean and well managed and the staff are usually always prompt when you need help. The only bad thing that I really have to say is that, sometimes on the clearance items, they have mismarked pricing and some of the clothing can be made rather cheaply, or are knock offs of Dear Creatures and a few other higher end designers (not complaining really) just that they charge a little more for these items than they should considering how cheaply they've been made. One of the managers at this store, Michelle, is one of my favorite employees. Gabrielle is another. I could build a tiny little Target house and live inside the store if I would not get arrested. read more

Store is fairly clean, employee's were helpful. I was looking for a particular shelf unit. The color I wanted was out of stock. The nice man told me to write down the item number and call in on Monday or Wednesday when deliveries come in. Sounded easy. I've called and called. Nobody answers the phone. It will ring for 3 minutes and 15 seconds before it hangs up on you. Really annoying. I really wanted the shelf. read more
