Lowe's Home Improvement - Maybe they are starting an obstacle course for employee health? Impossible to get down aisles most days.

When Home Depot doesn't have what you need, then try to come here to see what you need, a backup!…read more Pointing out workers Terry and AJ really helped us out with the aisles for looking on items to get. Lots of things to get, more than 40 aisles in this store filled with lots of workshop items, house items, furniture, and MORE! Every time I come here, the workers really help us out here, and very welcoming! The worker over the checkout, help us out with an issue, everything worked out great! Came to get some gloves, cleaning supplies, and ac filter. Worker AJ came to help us with the AC filter, when they didn't have the one for us, he recommended to order it on the app so we can get the size we need! Worker Terry helped us with looking for the items, an expert, tell her an item, exactly knows where it is! Lots of Halloween decorations, light up ones, inflatable ones, scary ones (my favorite), and others. Lots of plants here as well! Overall, this is a great place! If you love Antiques, collectibles and Junktiques, this is a great place to stop when passing…read morethrough Beaumont. Right off IH10EB at Calder Ave, 1/2 block east of the interstate. Very easy to find. It has room after room after room of items and even an upstairs with multiple rooms. If you are looking for anything old, start here 1st. If you are someone who works in movie set designs ( I know it's a speciality job), you might find something you don't have to add to your own inventory. Just so you know, I don't know the owners and I don't work for this place and no family members or friends work for this place. I just happened upon it today and was blown away at how much they had on hand and I did buy something. This is just a review to help all those that like to look for old treasures and need a short break and want to find a bargain and might not know this place exist right off IH-10. Beaumont is a good place to stop before reaching Houston WB or to stop before you exit the state EB heading to Baton Rouge. - [ ] P.S. Travel Tip. For cheap gas, (like 20 cents a gal cheaper than on the interstate), take the College St exit for US 90, go West bound on US 90 for about 2 miles and you will reach the intersection with FM 364, and you will see a Speedy Stop station on the left, many pumps, clean rest rooms and food. If you are heading West to Houston you can a left at the light at FM 364 and it will bring you back to IH -10. If you are heading East to Baton Rouge, you just head back in the direct you came from to catch IH-10 EB. Safety note: if you are heading to Houston, I always take US 90 west from here because the interstate between Beaumont and Winnie is Notorious for highway accidents because of the construction going on and the poor signing for traffic control TxDOT and the construction company continues to allow to exist. Their solution is to keep lowering the speed limit instead of fixing the signing and to warning drivers further in advance for lane shifts and other changes not expected by normal drivers. AVOID IH-10 WB to Houston by taking US 90 West where it will merge with IH-10 at the Loop 610 in Houston. Drive safe. Sorry for getting off topic. They are my go to place. I have never had problems with my deliveries. The delivery guys have always been very nice and have went the extra mile. If I have needed a little extra help. Lee Cook is my regular salesperson. He knows what I look for in my purchases and guides me accordingly. If Lee happens to be out when I go in, Shawn and Roy both have been very helpful with what I am looking at. I just have not had problems of any kind. I love doing business with this company. They will also match prices with other stores if you find your purchase for less somewhere else. Ask for Lee when you go in. He is great to work with and he always follows up with you if you have a problem of any kind. I love their merchandise! Regina Williamson

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH TRI SUPPLY…read more The only thing worse than their products is their customer service. I built a $3MM house, I bought the best of everything they had. I spent well over $100,000 on appliances doors and windows. We moved in in May, 6 months ago. June 1st I told tri supply that my big expensive freezer doesn't make ice, neither does my outdoor ice maker. No one has ever come to look at the outdoor ice maker. Someone came to look at the one in the freezer but they can't fix it. So I guess there answer to me is, "Too bad for you. We got our money so we are done helping you." My front door is severely warped, cold air pours into the house. The back door too. The doors also have wooden panels at the bottom, instead of making the panel out of one piece of wood, it is made of five pieces and they are all separating from one another. They have known this since June as well, and refuse to fix it or replace it. Every single window in my house leaked and ruined the paint and wall paper and warped the window sills. They did send someone to put some JB weld type stuff on the crack where they leak. My nearly $3000 coffee maker is broken My kitchen vent hood fan arrived broken and was installed broken. It makes a crazy loud noise when you turn it on. They don't seem to have any plan to fix it. I can't get good customer service out of Tri Supply, imagine what kind of service a customer gets who just spends $20,000 or maybe just buys a new fridge or oven. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH TRI SUPPLY. The only thing worse than their products is their customer service.
