Do not shop online; see Clarence for the best deal and service. He worked a deal that was an excellent value for my father (92 years old). He helped me rectify the issues in my previous post and gave us a reasonable price based on his available selection. When I need a new bed (soon), this is where I will shop, even though I have to drive 100 miles. Thank you, Clarence! My only concern is still the delivery team. You have to slow them down and take time to inspect your new bed. Try it. If something is wrong, don't sign! Have them take it right then. It will be a struggle, but stick to your guns.

We came back the same day just later to pick it up and as my husband was with the truck I was inside and I seen the two guys taking apart the couch (it was a display) and bringing it to the back. Well I noticed a water line with some grass.... I was like OH NO... I called my husband and I told him check it and make sure I'm not just seeing things. He spoke with the manager and she said they threw everything out after the Flood and I was like there is no way. So I walked throughout the display room and I noticed it was on several couches. SHE SAID IT WAS FROM THE VACUUMING!?! Like what??? I live in southeast Texas too I know a flood line when I see it. Here's some pics for proof.

Purchased the extended warranty/ insurance that covered "anything" including water damage plus the $150 cover that just HAD to be on it or the insurance wouldn't be covered. We had it for about a year and I paid my monthly notes and generally enjoyed the mattress. Welcome Hurricane Harvey! During the flood my family lost EVERYTHING that we owned. I had the paperwork for my insurance and called to make a claim. I was told by the store as well as Tempurpetic corporation. Both parties told me that natural disasters were not covered. I had I spilled gallons of a beverage on it then it would be replaced, but not a flood?! I fought with both companies but ultimately it is in very small print. I know I should have read the fine print and I know Harvey couldn't be helped but I shouldn't have been told by the saleswoman false information. 2 years after Harvey I am still paying a monthly note and almost have it paid off. We spent 6 Months on an air mattress, 6 months on an old mattress given to us with springs sticking me in the back. I will never use either company again and will boycott them forever.

Had to make multiple calls, then was assured the $299.00 pillow package was arriving at FedEx the next day. I pick it up from FedEx and open the box--no pillows, just a flimsy sheet set they sold with the pillows. Called again and was told pillows were now on back-order and would not arrive for another week, if then. Was offered refund at first, then told today no refund available, so have disputed charge with my credit card company. I could have gotten these same pillows on Amazon and had them days ago. This was a test-run purchase to see if I wanted to buy a new mattress from these people. Was actually then told that while tracking was available for the cheap sheet set I picked up, it was not for the expensive pillows. Sure--let's just ensure the cheap stuff tracks, so we can fail to deliver the expensive product and still charge the customer for items not received. What a scam of a business plan. Go buy anywhere but here. Pay more---this place is the lowest form of poor service and product imaginable. The bankruptcy this company has recently undergone is a direct result of the poor customer service and atrocious retail experience. The company's customer service reviews are abysmal for a reason. Just go anywhere else. You'll be avoiding a nightmarish and shockingly bad customer service experience for products sold and reliably delivered by just about every other company but this one.
