Located somewhere in Beaumont (I followed GPS), this is a full service men's clothing store. While they have casual selections, most of their items are more upscale. Both of these practices are predatory and are in place to try and keep your items without having to actually pay you anything. I've never seen another thrift store utilize this technique.
