Assistant store manager treated my wife and I like real people. Being a lover of Nintendo and Vintage games, it was nice to be able to look around and have a lot of things to look at. The store was in great shape. Lots of stock, very clean. We really enjoyed checking it out. read more

DO NOT BUY NEW GAMES HERE I REPEAT DO NOT BUY NEW GAMES HERE Stay away from GameStop for new games. They do not offer full refunds if you do not like the game. It is their policy and it is an outrageous one. Go to target or Walmart. read more

I know Gamestop catch a lot of flack with the gaming community, but this particular store is very well run. It's always tidy and organized. The staff is beyond helpful when not overwhelmed, as they seem to be a little understaffed. The manager, Michelle, is a delight and bends over backwards to help out. Great store. read more

Excellent customer service, though sometimes they have issues with clearing their lines due to the small talk. I'd rather wait for a good experience than be rushed through a bad one. read more

I called the location and the manager on duty was calm, cool, collect. She was nice and didn't really try to argue so I definitely appreciate that.
