Unfortunately, what he didn't say was it was gonna use 30,000 of my points. And then it didn't go into effect. It gave me a coupon to redeem. So I didn't get 3x the points for this purchase as advertised. I just renewed my Pro membership so I just spent double the price on a membership. I called the location and the manager on duty was calm, cool, collect. She was nice and didn't really try to argue so I definitely appreciate that. There needs to be a better system so that people can't just willy nilly spend my points on an upgrade I don't need.
