Turn in your used games for credit! Pre order new games. Buy used games & parts. Great deal overall. Other things to buy also like toys, cards, etc. Good helpful workers. read more

My brother went in to buy a PS4 Pro. He used my account to get me the points. He was told that he could get me the Elite Pro upgrade for free. Unfortunately, what he didn't say was it was gonna use 30,000 of my points. And then it didn't go into effect. It gave me a coupon to redeem. So I didn't get 3x the points for this purchase as advertised. I just renewed my Pro membership so I just spent double the price on a membership. I called the location and the manager on duty was calm, cool, collect. She was nice and didn't really try to argue so I definitely appreciate that. There needs to be a better system so that people can't just willy nilly spend my points on an upgrade I don't need. read more

Marvel's Spider-Man for PS4 is now available for pre-order. Marvel's Spider-Man is set to release on September 7, 2018. This came off Gamestop Official web site. Went to Nelson Rd store to pre-order around 6:20 PM, asked to pre-order this game, So called manager said they stopped pre-orders. I called BS. He said they quit selling pre-orders at 6:00 PM. We asked where it said this on the pre-order paper work, he commented this was Corporate that said that and we could purchase the game it was going to be released later. Manager wanted to argue about it we just asked where it said pre-orders stopped at 6:00 PM. Had nothing showing that and that it had been pre-ordered since 2017. Hello AMAZON good by Gamestop will not be purchasing anything there. Need to train Managers how to do their job instead of running customers off. WHAT A DEAL!!! One star just big minus. read more

I could be wrong but I don't think this was the original business model the founder intended, I understand the majority of the items here are sourced from over-stock suppliers and meant to provide huge discounts but the "good stuff cheap" company statement couldn't be further from the truth at this particular location - I'd definitely avoid buying food stuff here no matter how cheap things are there is no way the inventory is rotated or managed in my opinion nothing is managed here, how this store remains open is a mystery to me this was definitely not a good experience, the photos posted by the business owner had to be taken when the store was originally set up before the grand opening and doesn't remotely represent what I witnessed today...
