One of the workers talked about a 45% DISCOUNT for Michaels online, helped us out through it. Hobby lobby is similar, but way more stuff to the holiday seasons. This is more of a crafts store anyways. Mats, interior decors. There's lots of varieties from this store. Like the decorations. Hobby Lobby .VS. Michaels, who would win? It's always fun when I go in this store, it's as if I lose track of time in there. So much variety. To be honest they could lock me inside and I wouldn't mind one but. I make jewelry so I am addicted to their jewelry, stones, jewelry fixings,etc. this is one of my favorite crafts store, great selections, great pricing, coupons and all. I love this store so Much.They have classes and instructions with great ideas when crafting and what ever you are interested in. Why have the option of a curbside pick up if it doesn't exist? I don't mind having to walk into the store to pick up my online order, but at least inform people that that is what needs to happen. I checked into their "curbside pickup" service and sat outside in my car for 10 minutes before deciding to walk in. When I walked in, there was one cashier who pointed to some cabinets and told me to find and get my own order--meaning absolutely no one was attending this "curbside pick up" service. She assumed for some reason I had a small order but when I told her it was too small to fit in the tiny bins she pointed to, she seemed annoyed that she had to walk over and help me look for it. read more

It has the same caveat that all Michaels have in that their sale signage is unclear and you get to the register to find out things marked as being on sale are not. This store moved recently from it's previous location. The parking is pretty bad. We went during the day on a weekday and got the last parking spot in the lot, since 3 stores are all sharing a tiny lot. The store itself is clean and is laid out in an easy to follow fashion. I had a hard time finding an item so I went up and asked of the workers in the counter to help me look for the item. She walked with me all the way and I'm thinking she will show me the exact location of where it is but nope, she just pointed and said "it could be in one of these 5 aisles". Girl! You walked ALL the way might as well finish your task and show me instead of just pointing. Weird. So I came across another worker there and asked for the item, she walked with me and pointed as well instead of telling me where, she didn't even tell me the aisle number she said "it's by the regular wall paintings", as if I know the store! It was annoying. It doesn't stop there, when I came to pay for my supplies, a third worker overcharged me for an item I didn't purchase! Wow. This location is an artist's or crafter's Mecca. They stock a variety of art supplies from cheap beginner-level items up to high end professional quality. Stretched and unstretched canvasses. Copic, Prismacolor, Faber and other markers. A trove of quality paints and brushes. I'm really only barely scratching the surface here. The place is enormous and packed with useful and interesting things. Looking to make a leather wallet? A clock? A sequined papier mache bust of Ed Sullivan? They've got your back. A third of the store is dedicated to flowers and arrangements, a third for art, jewelry and cake decorating and a third for any type of crafting you could contemplate. They also do wonderful custom framing work and employ a full-time florist. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable and eager to find solutions for whatever it is you're attempting. Also, they're constantly running crazy sales like B1G1s and %40-%50 off various items. The new location next to Marshall's is bright, clean and spacious. It's just a wonderland for creative types like myself that don't have pockets down to their socks. read more

I like this new location a lot. It seems more open, which is weird considering it's a smaller space than the old location. There is a lot of great stuff to choose from, and there are usually lots of good sales. The framing department is super friendly, too! A brilliantly bearded guy named Nick does a great job framing and helping customers! Everything is organized and clean, and it's WAY faster to check out here than at Hobby Lobby. read more
