I also bought a sewing machine from her and asked if it was normal for it to take so long to come on. She asked if it was on a serge protector because that voided its warranty . it was on a surge protector but if you have any complaints she lets you know its your fault. Not concerned if there is a problem only that you bought it, its your problem. This question was three days after purchase.

Every now and then there's an issue with getting the products to be printed but not inkspot's fault. Most recently we ordered bulk polos for our school district and they are AMAZING! Hours are 10-5 on weekdays and they close early on Fridays.
