She asked if it was on a serge protector because that voided its warranty . it was on a surge protector but if you have any complaints she lets you know its your fault. Not concerned if there is a problem only that you bought it, its your problem. This question was three days after purchase.

He even asked if I "could read" when going through the catalog. James obviously cannot stay level in his position and does a terrible job of controlling his emotions. The other manager was very cooperative (didn't get a name) and understanding of the situation. She is working on the solution and kept a level head. However, I would not recommend them and to go anywhere else but cotton cargo.
