The owner arrived with his equipment not charged and ready, the light ring was not working as it was dead upon arrival . Dorsey left the event for 2 hours and came back 2 to set up. By the time the 360 was set up for my son's graduation party it was ending, we started packing up when it started working. None of the 40 plus videos had no music, we had the party on 5/10/25 and did not get the videos until 5/22. I had to add my own music to my videos as music was not included. I would not recommend booking him because the services started 2 hours later than scheduled , his equipment was not in working order nor was it charged and none of our videos had music not one. 360 Photo Booth videos should be 100% available during the party event we should not have paid $400 for a late service with no music. You did a pretty horrible job and we all were very disappointed. I pride myself on supporting black businesses and we did not appreciate your service.

Ryan, the owner, has an uncanny ability to envision the ambiance of a wedding and create a surreal environment that is both comfortable and fun. The venue we chose for our wedding was a converted photography studio (5226 Elm) so it was less than ideal for a DJ because the plugs were not designed for a party, but well thought out for photographing vehicles and food. Ryan was able to proactively think about how we would have elderly grandparents walking around, as well as children, and he strategically placed lighting around the room so that all could have a fun, safe time. His music selection is on par. Any song requested was played. I had a niece that wanted to play a goofy song at our wedding and we explained to her that we would not play it because it was weird, but she still requested it several times at the wedding. I told Ryan not to play it, and he honored my request, and was still friendly and kind to my niece. He fit in like family with all of our guests. He arrived on time to our wedding, setup quickly, and had all equipment and then some. He was ready for anything! I really appreciated how he was able to keep the dance floor packed and played the classics (if you don't play the YMCA at a wedding, you're not having fun!) as well as fun pop songs. I seriously was so honored that he was able to work with my venue, my budget, and my family. Overall, he was an outstanding DJ and I would recommend him to anyone looking for professionalism and fun.
