I've had two photo sessions with Lorri. My first experience with her was positive. The latter on…read morefrom a few weeks ago was not a good experience. I had a 3 hour appointment scheduled, and we didn't start taking photos until an hour and a half later. The next 30-40 minutes was spent taking the photos. After that, she was trying to get me to leave starting she had another client coming. However, I still had nearly an hour left with my appointment. I wanted more photos taken, but she didn't do it. My session ended half an hour early. I wasn't happy, but I still left her a tip in good faith that my photos would edited properly. I got a few photos from her a couple weeks later and the photo editing was horrible. I presented the problem to Lorri and she said she would fix it. She did indeed fix the blatant issues on some photos but not all of them. Thankfully I have photo editing software, so I was able to fix some of the photos, even the ones she poorly re-edited. None of the photos she gave me were comparable to the photos she posts on her Facebook page. This was not a good experience, and for that reason I cannot recommend her to anyone. I'm not happy writing a bad review against a small business owner, but she needs to do better. It's my intent that she sees this review and ensures she doesn't give poor service to her future clients.

We received our images on time and they were gorgeous. We are very pleased with her work and enjoyed working with her. We will certainly be using her for our next session!
