I had a 3 hour appointment scheduled, and we didn't start taking photos until an hour and a half later. The next 30-40 minutes was spent taking the photos. After that, she was trying to get me to leave starting she had another client coming. However, I still had nearly an hour left with my appointment. I wanted more photos taken, but she didn't do it. My session ended half an hour early. I wasn't happy, but I still left her a tip in good faith that my photos would edited properly. I got a few photos from her a couple weeks later and the photo editing was horrible. I presented the problem to Lorri and she said she would fix it. She did indeed fix the blatant issues on some photos but not all of them. Thankfully I have photo editing software, so I was able to fix some of the photos, even the ones she poorly re-edited. None of the photos she gave me were comparable to the photos she posts on her Facebook page. This was not a good experience, and for that reason I cannot recommend her to anyone. I'm not happy writing a bad review against a small business owner, but she needs to do better. It's my intent that she sees this review and ensures she doesn't give poor service to her future clients.
