They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." In reality, they had double booked with an event that obviously deemed more important. There was little communication during this time, and they promised a refund for those hours and digital pictures for free. And then they completely ghosted me no matter how many times I followed up. I never received the refund or pictures. They are incredibly unprofessional, and I would absolutely not recommend.

I spoke to the owner Danielle who was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to answer my questions. I was concerned there wouldn't be room in my banquet space for the photo stand, so Danielle graciously went out of her way to stop at my venue and scope it out to make sure it was doable. The next day, just hours before my event, I confirmed with her that I would like the photo stand, and she made it happen in the nick of time! Just an incredibly professional and accommodating person to work with. Thank you Danielle!! As for the booth itself - this thing took amazing pictures! I really feel like it has some built in beauty feature or something because it even made my haggard looking ass look good. You will not find this quality elsewhere. The booth was an absolute hit at my event and worth every single penny. I highly HIGHLY recommend this company and cannot sing its praises enough!!

They presented us with various layouts for our special event and customized it to our needs.
