I bought a cute pair of jeans from them because revolve was sold out. They sent me used or worn jeans because the tag that is sewn in was missing and the white strings were hanging out. I started messaging them. NO one responds. I call the shop and leave voicemails nothing. One lady says I can return them and ship back. But I shouldn't have to pay shipping when I'd keep these pants had they not been worn, stretched out etc... I would have probably not made a fuss had customer service even tried to rectify the situation. But not calling me back. And not emailing me back a label. I will NEVER buy from here. The poorest quality to ship out a returned/used pair of jeans.

This is just about the only place I buy shoes and always make a stop here when I'm in town to see if they have anything I can't live without. Most recently I visited to buy a new pilot's bag. The crew was friendly and efficient. It was easy to find what I needed and the store was clean and organized. It doesn't always seem to have as much merchandise as other Nordstrom Rack stores I've been to, but it's worth a stop.

The woman herself, Celeste, was at the shop when I stopped in and was so warm and welcoming. They have a variety of designs. I especially liked the one with a peacock design, and there was one with some leaves blowing that I was quite taken with. I also saw a beautiful one with a compass rose that was a wooden dial. There was even one with a Sasquatch! They also take commissions and you can send a photo of your pet with which they'll create a watch face. You can't get more unique than that. The watch materials may include wood, mother of pearl, abalone, and so on which makes them really just stunning. I'd love to get one of these sometime because they of course are practical but they're also a beautiful accessory and fashion statement. I was given an Apple Watch that I never actually wanted (it has a couple useful features) and can go many months without wearing or thinking about, but something like this would feel much more practical to me (if for no other reason than having to charge up a watch is just ridiculous to me). I think at some point I'll be back in person or via their website to buy one of their pieces--it's a matter of narrowing it down to which of a few designs I really want.

(Both are super boutiques, with similar aesthetics. This G+G shop is perhaps a bit more "bohemian" in its focus and caters more to a young adult female demographic). There were lots of "Free People" clothing items here, and artisan jewelry pieces. They also carried some cosmetic/make-up and skincare lines (I think they were all organic), and lots of women's fashion accessories (bags, scarves, etc.). I had the feeling this was a smaller, more intimate take on an "Anthropologie" shop - and certainly more local!

One of the floor associates asked me if I needed any help and when I showed her what I was looking for, she went and grabbed exactly what I wanted and brought it over to me. I had just ordered a dress online in my size, it came WAY too small I couldn't even get it over my head - so I took my dress back in store to exchange / return it. I had the packaging, receipt and tags with dress being in perfect condition. The manager refused to accept my dress back because the tag was not attached anymore. I've never been to a store where they don't accept returns when you have receipt and/or (unattached) tags still. Very disappointing!
