He assured me that they were always busy and that they would get me done in about 30 minutes. I went into their waiting room that was quite comfortable and full of other customers. I picked out a magazine and sat down to wait. To my surprise they has me ready to go in about 25 minutes. They showed me a checklist of all the things they had looked at and it was very thorough. I noticed that there was a middle aged man keeping everything and everyone moving along. Everyone appeared to know what they were doing unlike many of the other lube shops I have gone into.
