A few hours later…read moreI received a call and video from the service manager and mechanic telling me several steering parts were defective and repairs would cost me over $4.4K. None of the repairs had an impact on passing the inspection. Shocked, I felt something was not right so I picked up my car and told the dealer I will seek a second opinion. I found Favio on Yelp and sent him screengrabs of the video sent to me from the dealer. He contacted me immediately stating we need to talk. He told me that the parts were not defective and this is a typical tactic dealerships are using against owners. He also said he could not in all honesty perform repairs when they are even warranted. Favio has made a new customer for life!

They easily could have charged me more, but instead they helped me save money. That kind of honesty is hard to find in an auto repair shop. They also did some additional work that was outside the original scope of the repair. I told them I was happy to pay for the extra work, but they did not even charge me for it. I really appreciate their honesty, excellent service, and the way they treat their customers. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and honest auto repair shop!

From the moment I walked through the door, he was incredibly professional, kind, and made me feel like a truly valued customer. What really sets Tim apart is his transparency. I had a solid list of services performed to get my car caught up on maintenance: * Spark plug replacement * Coolant flush * Brake fluid change * Transfer case oil change * CVT oil change My Rogue is running beautifully now. If you are looking for an honest, skilled mechanic who actually cares about the people he is helping, I highly recommend Tim. It is rare to find an auto shop you can trust this much, and I will absolutely be returning for future service.

I have heard good things about Elite Speed and Performance through a few acquaintances and decided…read moreto check them out for to get another performance mod installed, which was a flex fuel with e85 tune. After meeting Landon and Mike and having a nice chit chat with them about mods I have already had done to the car, I made known that my goal was to make right at 700 rwhp. I expressed that my thoughts were that I should be able to with no problem after my previous engine internal upgrades, but I fell short and was about to hit 678 rwhp. So coming to them for a a flex fuel install and e85 tune I felt that would get me to my goal. They told me to hold off on wanting to get the flex fuel installed and they can get me to the 700 rwhp I wanted just on pump gas. They said just needed 3 days for tuning and for drivability and reliable testing. After those 3 days and boom! I was about to get me to 735 rwhp. Exceed my expectations. My current tune wasn't bad, but it needed a few tweaks for improvement and ESP was able to do that. Landon and Mike both know these LT engines and knows performance. I will be back to get my headers wrapped to help reduce some of the heat under the hood. And I still might get them to install a flex fuel sensor and tune for e85 to get some more horsepower. Can never get enough horsepower from what I'm told. Lol! Oh, and these guys helped improved my drivability as well. Since the bigger cam upgrade on my '17 Whippled Camaro SS, drivability has been a little "off" but not to an annoyance. ESP has also fixed that.
