My vehicle to get checked out the fan was not turned on long story short when driving home notice the front bumper moving when arrived at my home I lifted up the hood it seem the mechanic placed screws back with out the backing so it just sitting in there and he didn't clip back clips I am very disappointed have use they service before never had issue read more

Do not use this location ! If they damage your car they will not correct the problem. I came to this location to get a nail removed from my tire. I ended up having to replace two rear tires in order to match the tread depth. The initial employee I worked with (Drew) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately when I returned at 5pm to have the tires installed he was no longer there. Another employee was in a rush to install the tires and ended up damaging my wheels. He half heartedly apologized and said if I wanted to get the wheels refinished or repainted they would help with covering the cost. As I drove away I noticed that my low tire pressure light was on. The recommended PSI for my particular tire is 42. Not only did they damage my wheel they didn't put enough air in the tires. Both rear tires were only inflated to 30psi. My car is practically brand new, well it's a year old but still fairly new with no issues, dents, scratches or blemishes. Now I have damage to the wheels and Tires Plus expects me to pay over a $800 to replace the rear wheel. I attempted to speak with the store manager and he offered to have the wheel repainted and stated that structurally the wheel is fine. I'm not sure how he can tell that without removing the tire but ok. He further said "this is why I'm not comfortable working on Tesla's with this size wheel/tire". Well if you aren't comfortable doing the work why not tell the customer that and they can go elsewhere ? Not a big deal... but now I have a damaged wheel that I'll have to replace out of pocket because no, no I do not want to have a painted wheel that may or may not match the OEM wheels in the car. DO NOT GO HERE!! They will 1000% take advantage of you. They failed my car inspection for numerous reasons. I took it to another shop, they failed me for 1 thing. My catalytic converter needs replacing... Tires Plus was going to charge me $2k for parts & labor... The shop in Stafford I took my car is costing me less than $1200... Everything else was perfectly fine. They will fail you on whatever they can just to steal as much money as they can from you. They want you to spend all this money and they gave me my car back without a proper alignment either. This place is a joke. read more

Dishonest Business. I was given a quote over the phone for a lifetime wheel alignment for my Subaru Outback of $209.00. However, when I arrived the next morning for my scheduled appointment the price had gone up to $359.00. I was told that the $209.00 quote was the starting price for a lifetime wheel alignment and there was no way to tell how much the actual cost would be until the car was brought into the shop. No explanation was offered as to why they could not give me an accurate quote for a whell alignment for my Subaru Outback on the phone. Anyone getting a quote on the phone should understand that their verbal quote means nothing. Note that their affiliate company, Firestone Car Care, provides a lifetime wheel alignment for a Subaru Outback for 209.00 plus an additional $20.00 for adjustments to the Subaru's advanced safety features. They're also pretty good on overnight drop off services. We've had small problems here and there, but nothing to make us find a new location. I came in with a flat, having hit something in the road. My expectations were low as I was a walk-in and really didn't have too much choice. They spoke to me right away, gave me a fair estimate of how long it would take, and gave me an idea of best case/worst case situations. If I was the only customer there I would have expected to be in and out in 20 minutes, but there was steady traffic and I was there a little over an hour. Tire was repaired, best case scenario, and has been fine ever since. Technicians were friendly, dealt with me honestly, and were more concerned about getting me back on the road than making a big sale. At the end of the day, they've earned my respect and I'll be back. If I had to find something...anything...to complain about, it would be the limited parking available. It wasn't clear where to park and I squeezed in where I could. What a joke this place is. Had an appointment waited a hour still haven't got to the car. A guy that was in there had is car there since the day before small thermostat repair he was complaining about the wait. Another guy had a appointment for another small issue and had been waiting for 2 hours, he was also complaining about the wait, and yet another lady who had finally gotten her car back was asking the lady at the front desk what was taking so long. I had an appointment made through SimpleTires to have tires delivered/installed at this location. Apparently my appointment was non existent and this is a common problem THIS location has with their appointment booking. The earliest they say I can now have an appointment is 4 days later. Completely unprofessional, inconvenient, and shows a sever lack of accountability if this is such a common problem. The attendant who handled my appointment rescheduling showed no sense of remorse and didn't seem bothered by the clear inconvenience he's placed me in. We will be in contact with SimpleTires to warn them of business with this location. Update: Management reached out quickly to help resolve the issue. The lady at the front desk was less than cordial but since they only charged me for installation I think it was reasonable. This place is a great shop for your auto needs. My dad frequents this place to get cars inspected as well, and says that they know their stuff. Their prices are normal, and they have never tried to do anything to a car that wasn't needed, just to make more money. New shoes for the Benzo. In the last couple of years I have had the opportunity to visit both Frederiksberg and Stafford locations. At both locations, I noticed level of professionalism, honesty, and efficient operation. Most recent visit, which prompted me to write this review, was at the Stafford location. True customer service comes when you have a problem that needs to be addressed after the purchase. I had issues with road noise after putting almost a year worth of miles on my car. The manager at this location, along with his staff addressed it in a well thought out systematic approach with customer satisfaction in mind. A picture is worth a thousand words. I've totaled up my reciepts and I have over $2,550 in tires from this store over the past 3 years. I will never do business with them again. It's one thing to leave a small smudge on something by accident but to blatantly get grease over a large portion of the door tells me that you (the store/employees) just do not care. To make matters worse, the tire rotator ( I can't call him a mechanic) tried to clean it after I pointed it out to the manager and all he managed to do was make it worse. So lets see, it took 1 hour for a rotation (store was not busy) and I got my door panel ruined. Brilliant! It would have only been 45 minutes had the tire rotator not gone to his car to get a snack....yes, caught him doing that too. Yesterday we went went in to see if we can get my our tire valve stem replaced. The lady said they weren't going to be able to get it on today. We said ok, & on our way out one of the guys said he can put a new stem for free just can't get it on. My husband said that was fine. I was stuck....tire completely blown out. I purchased two rear tires and while I was there wanted an inspection and oil change. When I picked up the care the bill had the extended warranty charged on my bill....an extra $100! At no time was I asked if I wanted the extended waranty. Not when I was at the shop. Not when they called to tell me the car was ready and not when I went to pay and pick up the car. It would be like going to Best Buy and buying a computer or tV and having them just add the extended warranty on the bill without asking! I was shocked and angry. I'm very impressed with Tires Plus. I tried them out because several of my friends reported very positive results from this business. I had ordered tires online from TireRack.com and had them delivered to Tires Plus for installation. (This saved about $200 compared to similar work I had recently done to my other vehicle at Merchant Tire.) I called Tires Plus and the phone was answered right away with a chipper,"It's a great day at Tires Plus, my name is Joseph. How can I help you?" Wow. I have never been greeted in such a professional manner at any other automotive place. This greeting set the tone for the entire interaction. I had to reschedule the original installation appointment. No problem, Tires Plus accommodated my schedule. They gave me a firm price for the installation and did not try to upsell me with other services, they just did what I asked them to do. There was a little misunderstanding when I asked them the check fuses -- they did a full electronic system check that I did not authorize -- but they happily refunded the extra charge right on the spot. I was ready for an argument about it -- and was a bit nonplussed when the staff stopped me mid-tirade -- "We just want you to be completely satisfied, ma'am, so we will be happy to refund the cost . " Boom! I've been so used to mechanics ripping me off and sticking me with higher-than-anticipated costs that I was shocked. Pleasantly so! I can't say enough good things about Tires Plus. I purchased four tires for my Jeep from TireRack.com, taking them to Tires Plus in Stafford/Aquia for mounting and balancing. Received a call that the Jeep was ready for pickup, but warned me my brake idiot light was on and I needed new brake pads. Knowing that neither the light was on, nor do I need new pads, when I arrived back at Tires Plus to pick up the Jeep, the guy ringing me out reiterated again that my brake light was on. Getting the impression this was an attempt to up-sell me, or scare me into work on 'dreaded brake problems', I drove away and observed no such brake light. This is perhaps the worst tire dealership in Stafford. I have not gone here a single time where the wait hasn't been more than two hours for even the simplest of jobs. I ordered four new tires online and made an appointment to have them installed today. I got to the store at my appointment time to have the man at the front desk tell me that the computer didn't tell them what type of tires I had ordered and that my appointment time was actually for 8 am. I showed him the email I received stating my appointment time and the tires I had ordered online. He stated he would have to get the tires from another store and that it would be afternoon before he could get them put on.
