After reading uniformly discouraging Yelp reviews for auto shops all over town, my neighbor told me about Sirianni Automotive so I called, and took the pickup in. I trust that you are aware that a "FREE" diagnosis means that the shop has to find enough repairs to pay for the cost of the "free" service. I paid the very reasonable diagnostic fee and got my pickup back fully repaired with the engine light off, for much less than I thought it would cost. Based on my experience, and that of my neighbor, you can trust Sirianni Automotive to advise you well and to give good value for the cost of repairs for your vehicle.

Update on our situation: After diagnosing the car with the…read more"car ears", we were told we would need to get our right wheel bearing replaced and Raul agreed to give us a discounted rate after my father-in-law went in to talk to him. We were also (finally and thankfully) given a loner car. After switching out the right wheel bearing, we were told that it was actually the left wheel bearing that needed to be switched out. After replacing both, they came back saying the creaking was still happening. This took them 2-3 days. Just this morning, Raul called with an update saying it was the shoe brakes and it was related to the initial job they had done. We got our car back, and it is finally not creaking! We were also not charged for any of the extra work they did on our vehicle. I appreciate them taking the time to fix our car and not charging us any extra money. I am updating my 1 star review to a 3 star review. I just wish our experience was smoother, and our concerns were better heard the first time around.

(about 14 years) I pulled in with what i thought was a flat tire to get air so i could go get another tire. I was greeted by 2 very nice employees that were trying to help me. Manager came out and put a stop to that. Said they couldn't help, and whomever was going to help couldn't do it on their property. I had to move the car on the rim because the tire was blown. I asked if I really had to move the car and he rudely stated for the guys to get back inside, and there were no customers at that time. And, yes i had to move the car off the property and that was the end of discussion. Wow, no reason for him to act like that. So, while I was waiting for my friend, I called corporate and told them what happened and that I would never go back there or to any Take 5 if that is how they treat long time customers. I was told a District Manager would call me to follow up and nothing. Now i know where the manager got his customer service skills. I have never had a problem with this location, but I am done. And, I had to ask for air for the spare and the manager did it but with the continued attitude. And apparently they only comment on the good reviews if they even comment.

I have a 1969 Barracuda with a points/condensor ignition setup. I went to set my timing on the…read moreengine, unfortunately broke my timing light. I went to Beldens near by and they were one of the few that had a mechanic familiar with points and setting timing, making remarks he treats the cars he works on like his own. Well a 1969 V8 is one of the easiest to work on no sensors, computers etc. Lift the hood everything is there. I asked to have timing set, points/condensor replaced then adjust Carburetor after timing is set. I was charged a ridiculous amount for the following: to disconnect wires and remove 8 plugs and gap $330, to replace ignition wires ( partial removal since they are attached to plugs on one end distributor cap (which has the points to be replaced on the other) ) $220. Thats $550 dollars to replace 8 wires, and gap 8 plugs!!!! Then remove the Distributor cap that the wires attach to which were replaced to replace points and condenser ANOTHER $330. Can we say RIPOFF!!!. On top of that $330 to set carburetor which I was told AFTER that I need a NEW Carburetor that he could not adjust fuel mixture on carburetor. So $1,200 to gap plugs, replace ignition wires and set engine timing, this has to be the biggest scam going. I would NOT recommend anyone wanting engine work or tune ups to stay clear of Beldens. The Service manager would never return my call in fact he would tell me he was checking something and call me back and NEVER DID. It took 2 weeks to do this work, telling me Ignition wires were wrong, then wrong again. The way I found out car was done, I drove by and it was parked out front. Poor service, Overcharge on labor, labor way far excessive, I reached out to Rusty Belden to call me about the terrible experience I had, but I guess like his business I'll never get a call. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BELDENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
