This Firestone is AMAZING! David and Dominic were very helpful in my visit. I got some great recommendations for parts and service. After leaving, I had an additional issue and become stranded 2 blocks away. David came and helped me get my vehicle back to the shop. They were very transparent in what they had to for my vehicle, I have had trouble for months and they fixed it in 3 hours. May 2018 : No problems with my truck just getting tires rotated and am shown my alternator belt needs to be replaced soon due to cracks June 2018 : Go in to get new alternator belt since I'm taking a trip soon July 2018 : Night before trip my battery light comes on so I go back to Firestone in the morning. Was now told my two year old alternator needs to be replaced for $400. No way. Just admit y'all did a bad job securing the belt last time I was here and that's why the alternator wouldn't charge up!!!! Very irresponsible at the customers expense. If you Google "Firestone Overcharging" it shows this company has many lawsuits against them for this. I wish I had known!!! read more

I took my Cadillac to this Firestone to replace a headlight bulb that was out. After waiting about 30 minutes I was informed that the particular bulb I needed was very pricy so the charge would be 417$ to replace the bulb. In my ignorance I agreed thinking maybe it was a really expensive led bulb. I left for two hours expecting my car to be ready. I was informed upon retiring that condensation was found and a box connected to my headlamp had shorted and cause the bulb to burn out. This would be another 500$ plus. At this point I was told around 1000 $ to fix my headlamp. This was so unreal. I did not use their service and took my car to Vampire Auto down the street. I brought my own bulb in from Amazon a whole 41$ and my light got fixed right. I was charged 95$ for labor. As it turned out there was no short after all. Amazing . read more

I called on Friday to make an appointment, david the person that answered the phone said no need to make an appointment and just come on in Saturday morning for my inspection. Now remind you I wanted to make an appointment for Saturday on Friday. Well I showed up 9am when David said that's when his inspector comes in. When I showed up at 9 without an appointment because he said I disnt need one , he told me there will be a 3 hour wait I was like WTF that's why I wanted to make an appointment. Last month, we were on vacation in San Antonio. On our way back, my car's battery and alternator went out. We spent two hours waiting on the side of the road, and then were towed here. They worked hard and fast and got us back on the road so quickly that we managed to make it home to Dallas before the sun went down. He got stuck trying to go into the garage and instead of putting the HAZARD LIGHTS ON like a normal person would have done, he sat there and complained. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars at all. Avoid this place by all means. Went in for a brake job and had to go back 5 times. Between hardware falling off and there being a constant noise they couldn't get things correct. I had to contact a area manager who refunded my money since the store was no longer able or willing to work with me. The area manager and store managers attitude is horrible about this process. I ended up going to a brake shop where they fixed my cars brakes and since then i haven't had any issues. They even told me that only the best parts are being used.
