The location on Perrin Beitel RD, is where I've been taking my car for close to 4 years now. I do have some work done elsewhere, if I can find the repair for a cheaper price because I'm a smart shopper. And I do buy my tires here, when on sale. However, the guys here are always gracious and helpful. Yesterday, I went to get some air put in my tires and Leo was friendly and helpful. Everyone here is top-notch when it comes to customer service! M. Hungerford read more

Very grateful Firestone could work with my car warranty plan to get my car repaired. I was happy with the first Firestone would had a broken machine but kindly passed me off to the Firestone up the street. There the guy behind the desk was new, but I could see he really wanted to do the right thing by me. Car fixed and I was on my way. Good job! read more

Took my truck to another shop and they could not diagnose the problem I was having with my front end. Went to Firestone and they immediately found the problem and corrected it promptly and the cost was much less than I anticipated. The manager Javier was very polite and very experienced and the mechanics were skilled and worked quickly to get me on my way. I would definitely recommend this shop. read more

This Firestone is AMAZING! David and Dominic were very helpful in my visit. I got some great recommendations for parts and service. After leaving, I had an additional issue and become stranded 2 blocks away. David came and helped me get my vehicle back to the shop. They were very transparent in what they had to for my vehicle, I have had trouble for months and they fixed it in 3 hours. I highly recommend this location, it is BUSY, but the quality and customer service is worth it. Thanks again Firestone Perin Beitel!!! read more

I took my Cadillac to this Firestone to replace a headlight bulb that was out. After waiting about 30 minutes I was informed that the particular bulb I needed was very pricy so the charge would be 417$ to replace the bulb. In my ignorance I agreed thinking maybe it was a really expensive led bulb. I left for two hours expecting my car to be ready. I was informed upon retiring that condensation was found and a box connected to my headlamp had shorted and cause the bulb to burn out. This would be another 500$ plus. At this point I was told around 1000 $ to fix my headlamp. This was so unreal. I did not use their service and took my car to Vampire Auto down the street. I brought my own bulb in from Amazon a whole 41$ and my light got fixed right. I was charged 95$ for labor. As it turned out there was no short after all. Amazing . read more

May 2018 : No problems with my truck just getting tires rotated and am shown my alternator belt needs to be replaced soon due to cracks June 2018 : Go in to get new alternator belt since I'm taking a trip soon July 2018 : Night before trip my battery light comes on so I go back to Firestone in the morning. Was now told my two year old alternator needs to be replaced for $400. No way. Just admit y'all did a bad job securing the belt last time I was here and that's why the alternator wouldn't charge up!!!! Very irresponsible at the customers expense. If you Google "Firestone Overcharging" it shows this company has many lawsuits against them for this. I wish I had known!!! read more

My go to place for tires...Roberto is super helpful and super amazing. I actually feel at home in the place. They never have pushed any other services on me that I didn't need. They are just down the street from my house and they never fail to meet my needs. read more

They fix the front end of my car Because they said it needed to be done. $1500, I asked if they could fix the headlight that my daughter broke and he told me you couldn't be fixed not to worry about it. But now it's time for my inspection and he tells me he can't pass me. Say what you mean and mean what you say. I could've got a fix months ago but you told me it cannot be fixed. I'm really not happy with this one. read more

I called on Friday to make an appointment, david the person that answered the phone said no need to make an appointment and just come on in Saturday morning for my inspection. Now remind you I wanted to make an appointment for Saturday on Friday. Well I showed up 9am when David said that's when his inspector comes in. When I showed up at 9 without an appointment because he said I disnt need one , he told me there will be a 3 hour wait I was like WTF that's why I wanted to make an appointment. Well went to jeffy lube down the street and was done in 15 minutes. So now since I know where jeffy lube is oil changes and inspections will be done. there. read more

Last month, we were on vacation in San Antonio. On our way back, my car's battery and alternator went out. We spent two hours waiting on the side of the road, and then were towed here. They worked hard and fast and got us back on the road so quickly that we managed to make it home to Dallas before the sun went down. They were so friendly and helpful that even though I don't typically leave reviews, I had to leave one for them. read more

I come here to get my inspection sticker done each year. It normally talks about 15-20mins tops. Compared to other places I had been to in the past who take longer and charge more. The staff is always professional and I would recommend using them for this service to anyone. read more

The worker driving my car was being a complete dick. He kept complaining about how my car was driving and I get it, it's messed up, that's why I'm here. He got stuck trying to go into the garage and instead of putting the HAZARD LIGHTS ON like a normal person would have done, he sat there and complained. Everyone else at the location was nice, just his attitude was really making me upset. read more

Good alignment job, but they will only get your vehicle into factory spec. Asking for a caster higher than factory is a favor not part of the lifetime alignment. read more

David the manager gave great customer service, very professional, comfortable inside. Will return again. Thanks David.

If I could I wouldn't give them any stars at all. Avoid this place by all means. Went in for a brake job and had to go back 5 times. Between hardware falling off and there being a constant noise they couldn't get things correct. I had to contact a area manager who refunded my money since the store was no longer able or willing to work with me. The area manager and store managers attitude is horrible about this process. I ended up going to a brake shop where they fixed my cars brakes and since then i haven't had any issues. They even told me that only the best parts are being used. Turns out they aren't., They are lying to customers. Went to midas with no more issues. O yeah called coorprate and their attitude is just as bad as the stores read more
