**Review for Johnson Tire Service, Vancleave, Mississippi**…read more I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid Johnson Tire Service in Vancleave, Mississippi. My experiences with them have been incredibly frustrating and costly, and I hope my review helps others steer clear of this business. After nearly a year of doing business with them, I failed to recognize the numerous warning signs regarding their workmanship. I initially had issues with leaking wheel seals and a radiator replacement that turned into a disaster. Just three weeks after they replaced the radiator, I had to replace it again. While the radiator itself was covered under warranty, I still had to pay for labor and service due to their installation mishaps. These were clear indicators of their poor quality of work that I regret not taking seriously. Fast forward to a later incident involving my trailer. They replaced a tire for me, but instead of installing the 16-ply tire I specifically requested, they put on a 14-ply tire. Two weeks later, while delivering a load in Kentucky, my trailer caught fire. The cause? The lug nuts on the tire they installed were over-torqued, leading to a failure of the stud, which generated enough heat to ignite a fire. I spent over $4,500 with Johnson Tire Service, only to turn around and spend an additional $8,000 to fix my trailer, cover towing bills, and pay for hotels while sorting everything out. After the trailer fire and getting it repaired, I was driving on the interstate in traffic when I had to brake suddenly for another vehicle that cut me off. I heard a loud pop and lost all brake pressure. Fortunately, I managed to park safely and had to tow my vehicle again to a repair facility. Upon inspection, they found that the hydro boost Johnson Tire had installed had over-torqued bolts, causing the area where the bolts fastened to crack and ultimately separate the brake booster from the hydro boost. Additionally, some of the trailer's brakes had never worked properly before the fire, despite being told that everything was in working order after Johnson Tire performed a DOT inspection. This lack of proper inspection and maintenance left me in a dangerous situation, and I lost numerous loads and incurred multiple towing bills, leaving me out of commission for more than three weeks. Although they initially reassured me that the hydro boost part was covered under warranty, the manufacturer determined the failure was due to installation issues, leaving me with another $3,500 bill. To add insult to injury, Johnson Tire Service refused to reimburse me for that expense as well. In summary, Johnson Tire Service gives a bad name to the automotive service industry. They lack professionalism, integrity, and accountability, and their negligence has caused me significant financial loss and left me with dangerous situations. I urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Your safety and hard-earned money deserve much better than what Johnson Tire Service has to offer. Don't make the same mistake I did--choose a reputable business that stands by its work and values its customers.

This shop is family owned, it was started well over 30 years ago by two brothers. There commitment to service and costumer satisfaction is very important to them and one of the reason they have been in business for so long. I took my 1994 Jeep Wrangler to them to diagnose a clicking sound coming from my engine. Not only did they find it, they fixed it in a short amount of time. They also replaced my transmission on such Jeep. My Jeep has never run so good. Someone mentioned in a review these people where not to be Trusted. As a result, I missed a wedding I had been planning to attend, which made this experience even more frustrating. I have no idea who actually worked on my vehicle, but I was encouraged to leave a good review after the service. Unfortunately, given what happened afterward, I cannot justify leaving a positive review. For $189, I expected a thorough diagnostic and service I could have confidence in. Instead, my vehicle broke down just three weeks later, leaving me without reliable transportation and causing me to miss an important event. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid for a professional diagnostic expecting answers and peace of mind, and instead, I ended up dealing with a breakdown that disrupted plans I had been looking forward to. I will not be returning to Cole's Service Center, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

He mentioned they did have a tire that was technically compatible with my vehicle, but not with the trim of my other three tires. He could definitely benefit from more training in phone etiquette and communication when speaking with potential customers.

The dealer I worked for was unable to work on a Range Rover so we needed an import store . We brought our Range Rover here the office is a complete mess , parking is unavailable and the place smelt like an emporium of marujuana . Non the less we explained how my wife's Range Rover had a coolant leak . The lady at the front desk said no issue they could diagnose it and find a solution and if they couldn't find a solution they wouldnt charge for the diagnostic. As we left I met one of the mechanics and explained to the best of my ability what we knew of the coolant leak. Immediately I was apprehensive as he seems iffy and was very apprehensive to do any work on the Range Rover . The lady at front desk said she would call us by next day we heard nothing for two days . Then my wife followed up . Again the mechanic answered and sounded iffy to include he had been watching videos to see if he could fix it(just an idea of skill to watch you tube videos ) Now we speaking of a 100 k plus Range Rover ofcoarse I'm concerned . Non the less the lady then explained they found the issue and had to find a part . And we would know something with in a day. Two more days went by my wife called to check if they had at least been able to find the part and if we should bring the vehicle back in over the weekend as instructed by the front desk lady . The shady mechanic answers was abrupt rude to my wife to wear as she called me crying . My wife told me they still had no answers time line couldn't find parts etc . And how rude this guy had been to her . I called calm and polite as we now have paid for the diagnosis. The mechanic answers the phone aggressively ."Yeah is this the Land Rover guy ?!" I said yes I was calling to get info seems my wife was upset . He began to yell and say that my wife and I have been tying up his phone and they feel pressured and he don't think he wants work on our vehicle . I said well sir we paid for a diagnosis . He continued to yell that he had 3 hours put into the diagnosis and I'm trying to get money from him. I continued to remain calm as he continued to scream and tell me how we won't be happy and he doesn't want to work on our vehicle and we need stop tying up his shop phone. Then went on to say to his front desk lady to refund our money as he hung up on me. Keep in mind in one week I called once my wife called twice . I wouldn't say that is obsessive times to call to check on ones vehicle . And each time was after we hadn't been reached in regards there own instruction and time line. Non the less between the customer service , the cluttered Was of a shop and the aroma of weed everywhere and that the beach ice resort to YouTube videos to fix things and inability to get parts . I would not only not recommend this place being I am in the auto industry and have been since 1998 I will be sure to insure that all the dealers I know are cautious to refer or come to this place . Good end to the story is the same day we got hung up on I was referred by my dealership to a real mechanic shop they found the part and will be fixing the vehicle immediately .
