This was my first time getting tires with Delta World Tire and actually really enjoyed myself while waiting for my tires to be installed. was told i had some parts needed repaired tried get them to repair it they tried 3 times and was unable to do the job. took it to dealer they said part was fine not needed to be repaired. I listened to a lady tell how she had trouble with air conditioner they repaired it with parts a bunch of times but never took care of problem in the end her neighbor found loose wire and problem was fixed. I don't know why she was still going to them. another person had a power steering problem hose leak. they tried to fix it, but salesman told her it then was leaking worse than it did be4. they were going need try again don't know if they ever fixed it. I myself will never go back there I want honesty quality service not shady way of doing business. very disappointed in what I seen and witnessed heard. this is about the Pascagoula delta tire on 90.was told the moss point store ran by same people read more

This company was so helpful and friendly compared to the place down the street. They rotated my tires, checked to see if oil looked new, got me in and out within a half hour. They have a new customer for as long as I live in Pascagoula. read more

This is regarding the Pascagoula store. I brought in my 2001 GMC Sierra to have a noise similar to the sound of a cavitating pump in the engine compartment/back of engine compartment area. The power steering pump reservoir was low according to Delta shop personnel. Let's stop there. Why is it low? I don't believe the line that they are saying needs to be replaced now was picked up (found bad) during the first visit and it should've been. The noise wasn't fully troubleshot by Delta. I took it to another shop, who then told me that the pump and line are leaking. I then took it back to Delta because they replaced the pump and it is under warranty. In summary, they should stick to tires because if they don't take the time to do a proper diagnosis, just don't bother. The line should've been found at the beginning and there's no proof that the pump was bad in the first place. I will have another shop replace the line and periodically have them check the pump for leakage. Customers deserve better than this and these guys cut corners. I am disappointed with the service I received. They looked at me as if I was making up the noise I was hearing in the beginning. read more

4 new tires put in not even 2 months ago. 3 went flat between that time. I took them back once and they said it was a nail. When the second went flat I took it to the nearest place and they said the tires weren't new. Another flat today. Took back to delta tire and they said it was a nail but I needed a new tire since it was wore out since it was driven on a flat. Should of stayed with Cooper tires where I been going since 2008 read more

Witnessed several customers upset today when I stopped in to have my truck worked on. The manager was very dismissive and wasn't concerned about their concerns . Only the bottom line of that store. I was frightened buy the response the customers were having and was afraid I would be stuck in the same boat. So I simply got in my truck and went down the road. To a simpler more hometown kinda shop. One that I could tell had been in business for many years. One that I could tell the man behind the counter cares about his customers and not just his bottom line. Him and others like him aren't hard to find. Truly despicable business tactics going on here. Had my car repaired April of 2019 in their shop. $2,200 for front struts. The car squeaked and moaned from the time I left their shop. I just thought with everything new on it maybe it would loosen up as I drove it. Was told I have a 12 month 12k mike warranty that expired 3 weeks ago when I took it in today. The crappy parts they installed have already failed and they want me to pay them again to fix it. Mind you, I haven't put 6k miles on it in the last year. They also give me a list of other parts that also need repaired. (Which probably failed because of the poor workmanship from the previous repair) nevertheless, I tell them I want to take it elsewhere to get a second opinion. When I go to get in the car to leave; I realize that the plastic moulding on the steering wheel is broken and parts missing. I went inside and requested the manager. Who, from the moment he started speaking to me was condescending and rude. Comes outside, looks at my car and says, have a nice day and storms past me back in the building. I will never again spend a penny of my hard earned money with these crooks and I'm warning you now; you'll be sorry if you do. read more

I live in Louisiana and had a new set of tires put on my vehicle before visiting family for the weekend. On my trip over to Mississippi my rear right tire started leaking air, and we had to stop 7 times on the 100 mile trip to fill up. Saturday morning I went to every tire shop in town trying to find someone who could fix the leak around the bead seal and every shop was too busy and turned me away, said they couldn't help me. Even though they were packed, Delta Tire told me to come back 30 minutes before they closed for the day and they would fix me up. They were true to their word. I got back at 11:30 (close at noon on Saturday) and they took me right in. Had my new tire sealed and back on the road. I was so appreciative of them helping me out, and they were very friendly. They understood my dilemma being from out of town and not wanting to travel back to LA stopping every 20-30 miles to refill the tire with air until my local tire shop could fix the leak they missed when installing my new set. I would highly recommend Delta Tire. They were friendly, helpful, accommodating, and fair priced! Great local business. read more
