I asked for his recommendation and he sold me a battery he told me he would put in his own car. Before telling me the price, he told me he could price match because he knew this battery was on sale at another store. He replaced my battery quickly and I was on my way. I recently went in to purchase new headlight bulbs and a new right-front casing for my parking light. The manager, I think his name is Lloyd, came out, diagnosed the problems, talked me through the problems, and helped me choose which lights to get and why. I thought my right-front parking light casing needed to be replaced, because the bulb had not been installed all the way, and it melted right into the casing. Lloyd looked at it, and told me it didn't need to be replaced as a new bulb would still work. He installed all the lights and patched up everything and so now, when I was prepared to fork over $100 or even more for the lights and new casing, I only had to pay a fraction of that because of the care and concern this place, especially Lloyd, had for me and my vehicle! Lloyd didn't charge me anything for the service (and it took around 20-30 minutes fixing everything). I feel bad though, as I forgot to offer him a tip for his service. He definitely deserved it! While waiting for the work to be completed the rep pressured me heavily for getting another repair done that should've cost another $350 but he quoted me $1000 and pressured me heavily to get it done.
