I rarely give 5 stars but I'm going out on a limb to give Valvoline a 5 star rating…read more I've been coming to this particular location for a while now. Several years actually. It was the first oil change place that I'd ever been to that offered the ability to stay in your car while they changed your oil. This company is amazing. Not only can you stay in your car but they are super friendly and offer a military discount. Sitting there with my windows down listening to their communications is amazing too. They sound like a military operation as they call out their steps and the pit crew supervisor marks off the checklist in his head to ensure every step is completed. Also the safety steps I've seen them change over the years is great. They went from just making you shut the engine off to making you put your key into a metal box to ensure you don't mistakenly start your car while they are working on it. If you need an oil change, stop by your local Valvoline and sit back and prepare to be treated like a King/Queen.

Note: I have posted a shortened English language version below this Spanish translation…read more "He sido un cliente leal de la tienda Goodyear Tire, (6950 Lee Highway, Chattanooga, Tennessee), durante SIETE años y hay varias razones por ello. English Note: I have posted this review in my native language, USA English, on another review site, Google Reviews, but I also want to make sure that those in our community whose native language is Latin Spanish also have an opportunity to know how terrific this particular Goodyear Auto Service at 6950 Lee Highway, Chattanooga, Tennessee under the management of Mr. Elensis Bencosme, Store Manager truly is at customer care and vehicle servicing expertise. I used an online translator software to translate, so my apologies for any word, phrase, or sentence that did not translate into Spanish as well as it should. Here is the shortened English version: "I have been a loyal customer of Goodyear Tire Store (6950 Lee Highway, Chattanooga, Tennessee) for SEVEN years. There aren't enough words to express how truly satisfied I am with the service I've received at this particular Goodyear Tire location, but also with its previous Store Manager, "Chuck" (who has retired, AND now, the new Store Manager, Mr. Elensis Bencosme! The highest recommendation I give Elensis. He listened attentively to the issues I was worried about relating to mysterious sounds in my car. He showed kindness (and patience) as I was explaining things. But equally important is the depth and breadth of his vehicle maintenance background, which is over 15 years! I wholeheartedly endorse this Goodyear Auto Service Store at Lee Highway, Chattanooga 37421, AND its Store Manager, Mr. Elensis Bencosme, AND their terrific mechanics. Bottom line: I have trusted these experts for ALL of my auto servicing needs for seven years and will continue to do so. Goodyear Auto and Tire Store is far more than "just tires." It is also, and equally important, a full-service store with kindhearted customer-caring experts who will respect you and provide answers and remedies through their deep-level expertise.
