The representative I spoke to gave me a specific price over the phone and even took my phone number to "lock in" the quote. When I arrived at the shop, I was told that no one by that name worked there. The staff searched my number in their system and couldn't find anything. I showed them the phone number I called -- it matched the Mavis location -- but they said there was no record of my call or quote. To make things worse, the price they offered in person was much higher than what I had been quoted. I checked the Mavis website right there, and the prices online were still lower than what they tried to charge me in the store. Very disappointing experience. It feels like there's a serious disconnect between Mavis's phone representatives, website, and in-store pricing. I ended up walking out -- I don't trust a company that can't stand by its own quotes.

Four years in, I noticed I still had to come home and vacuum a few spots here and again. Right after Covid might have been the absolute best crew - between 2020 - 2024. I just got home with my vehicle after spending $70 including tip, on a mini-detail job. The person cleaning my vehicle looked no more than 19. No problem. Kids can do good work. Not this time... They missed the entire center console, leaving debris, dust, and crumbs. They missed one entire rear door - it was not vacuumed out or wiped down. They didn't touch the rear seats at all. The front seat had rock salt residue remaining on the headrest from my kids in the backseat. The sides of every seat weren't touched at all. There was dust and crumbs still remaining on the floor and on the floor mats. They didn't even snap the floor mats back in, I had to snap them in myself. They didn't even remove the front floor mats to vacuum, I removed them myself and tons of pine needles and this winters rock salt remained. Like I said - the best and most thorough crew I have noticed was between 2020-2024. This crew is like those teenage kids that prop up in a parking lot holding signs. I had to go home and vacuum and wipe down the inside of my vehicle after spending 70 bucks. I understand it's not a full detail - but when you go years at the same place as the prices increase with inflation, you now have rights to judge when the job doesn't match the price tag. About a week later my hubby heard this weird sound from the left wheel. Well some of the lug nuts were coming loose. Guess lake region didn't take the time to torque it to specs or even enough! Then about a week after that he noticed the brakes didn't feel right. He pulled off the rear wheel to see that the pads were badly warn which lake region should have checked during the inspection. Lost faith in them especially since we spent a couple of grand in their shop. Thumbs down!

Not only did Chester Valley give me a great competitive price, the shop came highly recommended and the work they did backs those recommendation. They not only saved me a boat load of cash, they did an outstanding job on my new muffler. I certainly plan on returning for tires and any other mechanical work that is within their abilities (e.g. brakes, rotors, mufflers). If they can't fix it mechanically they will recommend someone that is just as reliable. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this small shop that's been in the region since the valley was discovered by early settlers.

It's hilarious that you have to pay for a NYS inspection to make sure your vehicle is safe for the road but in all reality our roads aren't safe for our vehicles. Anyways, We got it there and they were happy to help. Unfortunately finding two matching 255/35/19Z tires for an all wheel drive system on a Saturday proved to be difficult and had to have them overnighted to CVT. Unfortunately in the world of FedEx, overnight means 4 days later but that's a whole new review. Once the tires arrived the CVT team got is up and running for an extremely reasonable price. Not to mention they didn't charge any storage fee for the five days the car was there. Kudos to not being money hungry animals! Thanks guys for helping us out!

The Lien is canceled and Loyal Tire must return the vehicle. This is a win for our community against these people. We went there to pick up the truck and Mr. Hagopian first said to give him the truck then said no. The police were called. And now there is a contempt motion Against Him, to charge him with Criminal Contempt. We hope the truth will continue to come out. Search for the ruling from the Judge and what he found about Loyal Tire and Anthony and Michael Hagopian. Dont take my word for it.. Listen to Judge Williams. We now have a case with AAA for what they did to us by sending these people. The good fight continues.

When they drove my truck into the shop they hit the lift and ruined one of the previously repaired tires. Because they didn't carry that tire anymore I was forced to purchase four new tires. To their credit I only had to pay for three. When they hit the lift they also gouged the wheel, again to their credit they offered to repair the damage. Finally, when they finished the job they left one of my locknuts loose enough that I could turn it by hand. So just understand that they are sloppy and unsafe in their workspace, but they attempt to make things right. Proceed with caution.
