He did come out midway to let me know that he did replace my windshield wipers because the one's that were on there, were worn out and no longer safe. My car also needs tires all the way around and I will be taking my car to Meineke because they DO NOT just put the cheapest one's on...They put what the manufacturer recommends and this is important to me, because I want to know that I'm safe. What impressed me was the fact that a lot of these places will go along with the customer and put the cheapest parts on an automobile, Meineke doesn't do that, they stand by what the manufacturer recommends. At the end of the day, that's always the best decision, because it's better to be safe than to be sorry.

His response was, " the last fleet car took several days to get approval, so you may not get your car back soon". The guys seemed to care less. Big change in people working and owners it appears. It also rekindled my joy of working on cars with my nephew So next rain out I'll tackle pulling the intake and cleaning the intake valves and putting intake back on. As I kind of enjoyed working on the car with the kid. He's 13 and I bought this little GTI to be his first car. We're just going to build it up(stock) together and teach him to drive it and turn it over to him at 16 long as grades are still awesome in 3 years.

The inspection report with pictures included also was great! The reason I am going 4 stars is that I noticed a new scratch on the driver's side of my vehicle after my recent visit.
