Bumping rating 2 stars until January 2026. *********** Working with owner to reshoot and hopefully remedy next week of January 20, 2025. Driver rear camber should have been corrected to - 0.75. Instead Merced Big O Tires made it worse going from -1.7 to -1.8 and charged me $119.95 1/13/2025 where others charged as low as $70 for a Wheel Alignment. Big O erroneously printed an invoice showing Make 'Lexus Truck' instead of Lexus. I proved they could manually add vehicle but cannot correct invoice. My first and last business transaction!

" I really wonder what the worst thing is they've found when they pulled out the air filter. I bet they sit around the campfire - yes all Jiffy Lube employees are required to attend Juffy lube camp. Look, I'm not going to explain it, just go with it okay? So here they are, sharing their stories about oil changing nightmares, and Bobby pipes up about something you and I will never know about because we never signed up to work for Jiffy Lube and therefore never went to camp! Whenever I go into a jiffy lube, I'm always reminded of how "not cool" I am and how I don't understand car lingo. Not because they're mean, no, no, no, because They just have that vibe. And no, I don't know why I need it but I'll get the synthetic; but you were out of the regular every day boring oil anyway. I mean the machine was down. You're cool. And of course I happened to be there at the same time a 2022 electric blue corvette came in for an oil change "Stingray" as they called it... which everyone in the waiting room apparently knows what it is. Following a car accident, I trusted Rich's Auto with body and suspension repairs. Daniel (office supervisor) and Julian (adjuster) were dismissive of my serious concerns. Rich's Auto subcontracted the suspension work to 'Super Shop,' who not only failed to fix the issues but also damaged the lower control arm. I ultimately took the car to Midas, where they immediately identified and repaired the safety issues missed by Rich's. I had to diagnose the body, alignment, and door issues myself, only to have Rich's staff argue with me and act condescendingly regarding their faulty workmanship. Rich's Auto Repair hired Super Shop for accident-related suspension repairs, but they only applied temporary, unsafe patches despite multiple attempts to fix it. After Super Shop repeatedly failed to properly repair the vehicle, I took it to MIDAS, who correctly addressed the issues and fixed the damage caused by Super Shop's negligent work.
