I needed this done by today, i was out in less than half an hour. She went above and beyond. You can always count on some things at Jiffy Lube... She tells me: "Oil change? No problem! Have you seen your filter? I pulled it out of your car. Do you really want me to put it back in? " I really wonder what the worst thing is they've found when they pulled out the air filter. I bet they sit around the campfire - yes all Jiffy Lube employees are required to attend Juffy lube camp. Look, I'm not going to explain it, just go with it okay? So here they are, sharing their stories about oil changing nightmares, and Bobby pipes up about something you and I will never know about because we never signed up to work for Jiffy Lube and therefore never went to camp! Whenever I go into a jiffy lube, I'm always reminded of how "not cool" I am and how I don't understand car lingo. Not because they're mean, no, no, no, because They just have that vibe. And no, I don't know why I need it but I'll get the synthetic; but you were out of the regular every day boring oil anyway. I mean the machine was down. You're cool. And of course I happened to be there at the same time a 2022 electric blue corvette came in for an oil change "Stingray" as they called it... which everyone in the waiting room apparently knows what it is. Got my truck's oil changed here and the next day my drive was has oil spots. This shop didn't secure my oil plug and I lost over a quart in a day and left oil spots every where I went. When I brought it back in, they were not surprised and acted like this was a common occurrence. read more

Been going yo this place for years. Until now. My car overheated after failure to check fluids and then proceeded to defend themselves about the situation. I had to purchasr some coolant after getting stuck 15 miles out of town. A local auto shop said I should wait before filling fluid car was hot. I called tjey said come back! What with no fluid? I purchased fluid nn went back to get a refund waisting an hour and a half of my time. All I got was an arguement. Wrote a complaint on line. Getting a refund for my expense but will never go there again. Poor customer service. THEY TOOK NO RESPONSABILITY FOR THIS BUT GUESS WHAT MY CAR STOPPED OVER HEATING! DONT TRUST THEM. read more

Came by for an oil change, I've been here before with my old car and decided to take the new one down too since there were no hiccups with my last service. Service last time was good, this time was great. Peter, Ruben, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive during my visit. I couldn't pop my hood because it was just so different from my old car, and Peter went out of his way to show me and make sure I knew how to do it myself without making me feel like a complete idiot lol. I have a 2016 Mazda CX 9. . I've never had any problems with my Mazda whatsoever. I only had 21,000 miles when I took it in to Jiffy Lube. The reason why I went to Jiffy Lube was because my brakes were squeaking. They checked all the rotors and checked my brakes and they told me that I needed new brakes and all new rotors. I paid well over $800, for brand new brakes and rotors. Just under four months later the brakes started squeaking again. I took it back in, they put oil or whatever they did to it, that made the squeaking go away briefly. Just under a month later, it started squeaking again so I took it to a different business, and they told me that I had not had new brakes or rotors put on at least in the last three years, there was only 500 miles driven since I had taken it to Jiffy Lube. So either they put old materials on my car, or they didn't do anything at all to my old brakes. Either way I paid for brand new brakes and did not receive them. Total rip off. read more

The manager actually went out to my car and worked on it personally. I greatly appreciated the service. He then apologized for making me wait so long, which I felt to be very positive. Brandon and Chris rocked the house! I stopped in for a couple of basic things, not knowing they do so much service. Wound up getting the works (since my car needed it). Oil change, fuel filter and fuel system cleaning, new belts, distributor cap, rotor... They took lots of time to make sure everything looked good, showing me every step of the way what they were doing and why. They gave me good advice on future maintenance, things to ask about when I go to my regular mechanic for some next-level work. All in all, super pleased. Then proceeded to tell him he needs to get with his bank & they would not refund the $. they also printed out a false statement from their system stating his card was only charged once, after speaking the the bank it was indeed charged TWICE! I have used this location for quite a few years now. Lately I have noticed I had a little oil leak from my pickup on my driveway. I took it to a repair shop and they said it might be my drain plug seal. So I had them change my oil the drain plug seal was damaged and should have been changed long ago. (A $2.00 part Jiffy Lube could have honestly sold me) They also said my oil filter was not very snug at all. This Jiffy Lube has been the only shop that has changed my oil. The mechanic also let me know my transmission is over full by about a quart. Crazy Jiffy Lube changed my transmission fluid too last year now I have to pay another shop to siphon off the extra fluid. Better yet the independent shop charges less for the oil change then Jiffy Lube. NO MORE VISITS TO JIFFY LUBE EVER AGAIN! read more

Went to get my oil changed and I told the Office lady that I had a coupon upon arrival and she said that she would take care of it upon checking out when paying for service. When inspecting my vehicle they mentioned that my cabin filter and air filter needed to be replaced, I told them I would do it myself. The manager then offered to discount the filters if I do both now, I agreed. When it came time to check out I was told that I could not use my internet coupon because that is what THEY used to give me THEIR so called "DISCOUNT." Pretty back handed if you ask me.
