When we arrived, they told us the truck had already been sold. No one called to let us know, which was frustrating considering the distance we drove. They then asked what we were looking for, and we found another truck that caught our interest -- but that one wasn't even on the lot either. We ended up looking at a similar one they did have and actually liked it enough to negotiate. Things became even more frustrating when we asked about working with USAA. We were told they don't work with them and only use their own banks. That didn't make sense, especially since my brother-in-law (who has experience as a sales and finance manager at multiple dealerships) was on the phone helping us. My husband even called USAA while we were there, and they were confused by the dealership's response, saying they can work with any dealership. When we went back inside, the salesperson changed their story and said they don't "directly" work with them, but we could still use a USAA auto loan. From the start, they said they were "only willing to move $400" on the price and kept saying they'd "meet in the middle," yet never actually adjusted the numbers. They also tried to pressure us by saying if we didn't buy it that day, the price would go up. After being there from 10:45 a.m. to 1:20 p.m., we were completely over it. The experience felt dishonest and like a waste of our time. We left without a truck and will not be going back. Save yourself the trip -- call ahead and make sure they "actually" have the vehicle you're coming to see.

I took my car for an oil change and the service was absolutely amazing! The did a full once over on…read moremy car, oil change, checked air filter and everything! Everyone was incredibly nice and informative no complaints there. When I had left the shop my car had a problem where it wouldn't go anymore. It was fully in limp mode. It would start and run but the gas wouldn't rev the engine or anything. I only made it like 150-200ft from the shop. Two very nice construction guys helped me push it out of the way. Anyway, I walked back up to the shop and explained the issue. The staff were very responsive and kind about the situation even though I was visibly frustrated but trying to keep my composure. They immediately jumped under the hood trying to find the issue. We got my car back into the bay and they spent some more time to find out what was wrong. It's still a complete mystery I guess but they replaced my air filter and that seemed to fix the problem (my current one was still good which is why it's a mystery) My car is perfectly fine now there was nothing damaged and they did refund my service for the inconvenience which I did appreciate. The staff handled the entire situation professionally and efficiently so I really don't have anything negative to say about the experience. Things like this happen sometimes but the way it's handled is what really matters.
