Later that same day, I noticed a humming sound and the alignment felt off -- clearly something wasn't right from the replacement. When I called about the alignment issue, I explained I'd already been inconvenienced twice by problems that were the shop's own doing, and asked if I could be seen sooner than the last available afternoon slot -- even just to have it looked at, given that I regularly have small children in the car. I was met with attitude and no real concern for the safety issue at hand. I understand staffing and workload issues happen, but when a customer has spent significant money on a full set of tires and dealt with repeated safety issues caused by the shop's own work, a little more urgency and care would go a long way

Aseel Farhud the owner is very unprofessional and their service is horrible! Her attitude and…read morecommunication skills are by far the worst I've ever experienced with any business of the sort! and to top that off the work that was paid to be completed was not and the car cut off in the middle of the expressway and her response once notified was that she didn't care and don't bring the vehicle back there! I'm not sure if this is how she treats all customers or just the ones she can't intimidate and belittle! She told her emp Steve to shut up as if he were her child while he was trying to take care of us! I'm not sure if he's complacent with that tone, but I absolutely am not ! right plan , wrong woman!!! and just remember Aseel, all blacks aren't dumb and some of us do take necessary actions when it comes to poor workmanship and even worse professionalism!

There was zero communication during the day, and the sudden price jump felt completely unjustified. To top it off, I brought my car to another shop the very next day. They had it done ASAP with zero issues--and the total cost was only $169. That says a lot. Completely disappointed in the lack of transparency, professionalism, and honesty. I won't be back and can't recommend them to anyone.

That was until today when I dropped my car off for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had no issues with my car. When I picked it up, I was informed the back left tire dragged on the way out of the shop but they "managed to break it free". Well, they sure did break it, as they failed to notice one of the studs for the lugs was loose and had backed into the drum. When I drove part of the way home, all I could hear was grinding from the rear. By driving, this destroyed my parking brake system as all internal drum parts were destroyed by the loose stud. Shop refused to accept fault and would only cover labor for the hub replacement. Now I'm stuck with repairing my parking brake system that was fully operational prior to this visit. Never returning.

Just recently I took my rav4 xle in because of a strange sound coming from the wheel vicinity and was getting louder called Goodyear and was told to bring it in no appointment within an hour was told that hub bearings were shot on my 189000 mile rav4 the guys there got the job done as soon as the part was delivered! Already knew that my five year old battery was dying a slow death but I was in a state of denial and earliest appointment at the dealership was too late my luck had run dry and I it was early evening so I contacted Goodyear and they took me in hook the car up found that I had no more cold cranking power (amps) was dead so they got me in and out in a little over an hour with a new battery and just in time because a cold snap with high winds came in yikes!
