Embarrassingly Incompetent…read more Belle Tire managed to do the unthinkable: they called me to say they didn't know how to jack up my car. That's right -- a tire shop admitting they don't know how to lift a car. Absolutely embarrassing. After I did the research and provided them with the steps, they then told me they couldn't mount my tires because they're low profile. These are the same type of tires I've had mounted countless times elsewhere with zero issue. I've spent the entire day arguing with them over basic work that any competent shop can handle. If you drive anything nicer than a minivan, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I'm taking my car to their Discount Tire across the street, a shop that actually knows how to do the simplest part of their job. Belle Tire should be ashamed to call themselves an automotive repair shop.

We ran into this place on its 'secret' customer appreciation day. yes, we got free hot dog and pop. That was until today when I dropped my car off for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had no issues with my car. When I picked it up, I was informed the back left tire dragged on the way out of the shop but they "managed to break it free". Well, they sure did break it, as they failed to notice one of the studs for the lugs was loose and had backed into the drum. When I drove part of the way home, all I could hear was grinding from the rear. By driving, this destroyed my parking brake system as all internal drum parts were destroyed by the loose stud. Shop refused to accept fault and would only cover labor for the hub replacement. Now I'm stuck with repairing my parking brake system that was fully operational prior to this visit. Never returning.

Already knew that my five year old battery was dying a slow death but I was in a state of denial and earliest appointment at the dealership was too late my luck had run dry and I it was early evening so I contacted Goodyear and they took me in hook the car up found that I had no more cold cranking power (amps) was dead so they got me in and out in a little over an hour with a new battery and just in time because a cold snap with high winds came in yikes! I went through a number of dealerships - the first could not get any dealer to trade with them, the second refused to reserve it for me even with a deposit, the third told me it was there when it was sold the day before. I ended up contacting Bradley of Kia to see if they could locate one, and shortly after was contacted by Grayson who told me he could probably get me one sooner than the other dealership I was talking to. I ended up putting a $500 deposit down to secure the exact model through a dealer trade and went to pick it up on my day off, driving an hour each way, only to find that it too had been sold the day before I got there even though it had been reserved for me. Grayson openly admitted this was their mistake, and general sales manager Derek also came in to apologize and told me this was not how they do business, and also let me know that if I was interested in continuing to do business with them, they would locate the exact car I wanted and sell it to me for $1,000 less than their invoice price. Grayson promised that they would do everything to get me the car I wanted, even if he had to drive to get it himself. This was vastly different than my experience at a North Aurora Kia dealership that had also told me a car was available when it wasn't. They owned up to the error and made it worth my while to come back. Within a week, they had located the exact vehicle and did a dealer trade. Their employee drove 6 hours round trip to bring it back to Bradley for me to purchase on my next day off. This time the car was waiting for me outside, and was exactly what I wanted. The dealership honored their $1,000 off invoice price, and was able to get me the price and monthly payment that I wanted. The manager stopped in and thanked me for coming back to do business with them. The car was washed and had a full tank when I left with it, and I couldn't be happier.
