When I called about the alignment issue, I explained I'd already been inconvenienced twice by problems that were the shop's own doing, and asked if I could be seen sooner than the last available afternoon slot -- even just to have it looked at, given that I regularly have small children in the car. I was met with attitude and no real concern for the safety issue at hand. I understand staffing and workload issues happen, but when a customer has spent significant money on a full set of tires and dealt with repeated safety issues caused by the shop's own work, a little more urgency and care would go a long way

That was until today when I dropped my car off for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had no issues with my car. When I picked it up, I was informed the back left tire dragged on the way out of the shop but they "managed to break it free". Well, they sure did break it, as they failed to notice one of the studs for the lugs was loose and had backed into the drum. When I drove part of the way home, all I could hear was grinding from the rear. By driving, this destroyed my parking brake system as all internal drum parts were destroyed by the loose stud. Shop refused to accept fault and would only cover labor for the hub replacement. Now I'm stuck with repairing my parking brake system that was fully operational prior to this visit. Never returning.
