This issue required me to walk one mile to my home late at night in February, another mile up hill the following day, cost for tow, and the cost for an extra repair. Bruce's Pit Stop told me that topping fluids is not included in an oil change, which is unheard of. Terrible shop.

Then after I waited for an hour at the rescheduled appointment, they came out and told me they aren't able to get to my car today. My appointment was at 1pm.
