They not only gave us a great deal due to our plight, they didn't try and upsell us on a complete set since the other 3 were still in great shape. I listened to them deal with other customers and they treated everyone with the same respect and caring they treated us. Mario also let me know of a program the State of New Mexico has to reimburse for destroyed tires and damage! I am going through the process now and it looks like we'll get the tire and hotel costs reimbursed. We never would have known of the program otherwise. The folks at Goodyear were kind and understanding and sent a tow-truck to pick up my car. They had the starter replaced within a few hours. Then last week I had a very flat rear tire. I called Goodyear and was told to bring it in, which I did. I mentioned that I've recently had foot surgery and couldn't walk all the way home so a team-member drove me home (I live very close) and picked me up when my car was ready. Everyone at Goodyear was so helpful and nice; I'll take my car there for everything it needs. Thank you so much Goodyear! You have a customer for life!

They were so apologetic that they could not take care of it as even their warehouse closed in 15 min. But, they let me know they could get the good 12 ply heavy duty tires I wanted, just not until Monday. They gave me leads on campgrounds and we hung out until Monday AM.
