Unfortunately my car was too far gone to be saved but they could have scalped me and sent me on my way.... Instead they worked for a few hours and they only charged me for the diagnostic instead of the parts they recommended before they saw 1 of my cylinders not working and the new parts wouldn't have made a difference..... the shop was packed and the manager Dom took my car in immediately and did it himself instead of making me wait for other mechanics to finish what they were doing.... If I lived closer I would only take my cars here from now on.... I can't express how the gratitude I have for these guys helping me see my family after months apart ..... thank you

I noticed a problem with the vehicle I hadn't seen until just before his arrival. I called AAA back requesting a tow to a local shop. The Jeep dealership had permanently closed so we were in a quandary where to go. We finally decided on Burnout Boys Garage. The tow driver was very careful as we followed him to the garage. He went an extra exit to turn around due to a low bridge he wasn't sure we would fit under! Thanks Matt! They treated us very well.

Thank goodness to gentlemen were there and saw it and they put a patch on it using an industrial glue and a piece of rubber and a clamp. It was enough to get us over to Gallup where we had automotive and industrial on the line ready to help us. We made it there and they called four different places looking for a new hose and no one had it. They were saying it wouldn't get there until the next day. We had three animals with us and did not want to delay. The gentleman looked underneath the van and saw that the patch had been done very well and that nothing was leaking so we took the risk and moved on. They were very polite and were very helpful and we were very appreciative for that. So even though we didn't actually have services done there, I wanted to leave a good shout out for their customer service. The lady was super nice and supportive and we appreciated that.

The customer service though was above and beyond. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks again Devian and Todd!
