The reliability is so appreciated, and there is a lady upfront who is chatty and welcoming the past few times I've gone. It really helps the time go by faster, having someone to converse with and not just sitting awkwardly in silence. I was there for an oil change last week, and they redid the whole lobby area and spruced it up quite a bit. So many places don't seem to really care about the customers as long as the job gets done. The repair was completed efficiently and the price was well within the Internet-reported average for this repair despite the repair being done in the busy run-up to the Memorial Day weekend.
